My husband and I appreciated the more humane approach to extermination and the time spent during the inspection to explain the treatment. I did have to call for extra treatment since our moles were still present after initial treatment but they did schedule and complete as promised. We’re in our 3 months of treatment with prevention and so far the problem is under control. All in all a reliable service with competitive pricing but everything paid upfront and no ongoing deductions to keep track.

A couple of squirrels gnawed their way into my attic. I contracted Critter Control and they responded quickly to set up service. The squirrels were humanely removed and all possible openings were sealed within a week. A short time later, my attic was fogged to take care of any potential critters that remained. A very thorough job with a warranty. Very pleased with the service.

We noticed a squirrel entering one of our roof eves and because a family member had recommended critter control we called them right away. The sales person came out and gave us a bid, indicating the work would take two to three days and they could have a team out within a couple of days. The price seemed high, but given that I can’t climb a ladder because of my disability, two or three days work for a crew seemed acceptable. A team of two young men showed up when they had said and spent a little less than 3 hours installing wire mesh over all of our roof eve openings and placing a one way the two eves that appeared damaged from birds and the squirrels, although the technicians said they didn’t hear or see anything in the eve. We had paid for 1/2 the service up front and were billed the remainder. While I’m happy to pay a fair wage, especially for services that I can’t do anymore, the six hours of labor and less than $100 of materials, seemed far less than the price and time the sales person had estimated. I called and was told a manager would call me back. I’ve been waiting about two weeks for a call back, but have only received another bill payment request and this request for a review. There is no local number provided on the website and the people I originally spoke with from their main office were not able to address the situation. The work done appears to be fine, but it’s up at the eves, so I can’t really tell the quality, time will tell if the squirrels or birds try to return, but it looks pretty good for now… the cost seems exorbitant compared to the labor and materials though and the company seems too big to provide a response to my inquiry. I do hope we can come to an agreement on finalizing the bill. My attempt to reply by email to their billing request failed so now I’m hoping they reach back out to me.

I have work with Ed for almost a year now. He is very knowledgeable and very friendly. When he comes into the hospital, he’s always answered any questions that we may have and also makes suggestions on how to keep as bug free.

Positive - Ed - polite - on-time and gives me notice when arriving - wears gloves and booties when treating inside - clearly explains and welcomes questions - reflects spirit of trust - I’m not afraid to have him in my home - creative problem solver Positive - Terminix - variety of services available - quality of goods delivered and 75% sustaining - website user friendly, immediate access to what was serviced AND with photos - Good work when sealing off torn siding of dormer from critter invasion - Crawl Space Exclusion has been great Concerns - Terminix Co - Termite Control advertise overkill when I consistently say no - I need outside mice control - told this is only for Commercial customers or if I would re-purchase Exclusion+Wildlife …. Ed helped me narrow down the mice problem to location of their entrance outside. Terminix wanted me to pay $$$ for Wildlife Exclusion Service for ONE outside box. Therefore, I have been using Over-The-Counter rat/mice control which I have to diligently change. The mice that are getting inside is better from my OTC solution - but not fixed. I will not stop service for mice traps inside; IF I DID I will once more have a horrible problem. Friends in STL county are serviced the large mice trap outside at no additional cost - but not here. - Gutter Guards not securely attached and work 75% … I have requested this to be checked and fixed. Terminix said coming twice and never did. One corner of gutter not covered at all and two significant gutter leaks once guards were placed Summary - Ed is why I haven’t shopped cheaper pest control services - disappointed with Terminix not making good on gutter guards - appalled with Terminix for not providing outdoor mice trap when I’ve proven to be steady customer and have more than paid ….PS My father was serviced by Terminix in this home DECADES before my purchasing it. What about customer loyalty? Thank-you for providing this service, I’ve felt for quite awhile up-line doesn’t know down-line.

Terminix has been really great to work with and I feel like it's been a good value. Our tech Willie is awesome and always makes sure to investigate any issues we might see. He's provides great customer service.
