When the tech came I was told that was for one treatment. The tech also told me with what I paid for one treatment I could of put a few dollars with it and had services for a year. I was very disappointed being told to totally different things.

I’ve been very cautious with pest companies in the past. Orkin truly was a breath of fresh air. They took the time to help me understand how things can develop in the life of insects. Orkin made sure I understood all the possibilities and worked with me to find the best solution for me. They’ve always been very courteous and prompt when scheduled for a visit. I cannot stress how nice it is to have a company treat you well and be on time. I will recommend to all my friends and family!!

You guys are reliable and consistent, however the most recent visit was a termite inspection that required a look inside the house. The latest appt time I could get was 3pm, I work nights so it was an inconvenience. I checked my messages at 2:30 when I got up and had a text that the inspection was completed. I was irritated that I woke up early for nothing

Our tech Bryan always provides A+ service. He alerts me a few days prior to his arrival, when he's on his way, when he's at the house, and never leaves without a detailed report. We have been using Terminix for about a couple years now and very happy with the service. I highly recommend them.

Terminix has provided excellent service, good communication, and always shows up for yearly inspections. It is a bit pricey, but the cost of replacing termite damage would be much more.

My Technician Bruce is amazing, he keeps me informed about when he is going to be here, how to better my yard so keep bugs out of my house, what he is going to do every time that he is here! If it wasn’t for him I would have cancelled my service!

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

I have a bi-level home w/ ENORMOUS WOLF SPIDERS in my garage that connects to my bottom living room, while we have not completely eradicated the issue yet, my reason for leaving a review is really about my technician, Dominique Day. He is amazing. He is so friendly, helpful, professional, and always on time. I think he deserves recognition from leadership. I will continue to use Ehrlich, even though we haven not fully resolved my spider issue, because of Dominique.

My service tech is awesome. He makes sure my home is pest free. Only thing I don’t care for is the scheduling tool they have moved to. Sometimes a 2-3 day notice isn’t the most convenient to schedule around. It would be ideal if when my service tech was leaving we could discuss a mutually convenient time to schedule ahead.

We had Chris today who can by and he was so polite and great. Actually, all of the people from your company that came by were excellent!
