This is my second home using Western Exterminator. I've been a customer for over 20 years. My service is every other month on the exterior - front and back yard. I have had the interior done maybe 3 times! Occasionally I've had a little ant problem in the backyard but it's always due to the weather. They have always taken care of any issues, even if it's between my normal service! They've come out at no extra charge. Very reliable company, very good employees!

Travis always provides excellent customer service. He listens to my concerns and answers my questions. He’s always on time. I appreciate and trust Travis

The same exterminator came by that I have worked with in the past. He was very nice. He checked an additional area in the house to make sore out wasn't new damage, it wasn't. He was very professional and pleasant.

We had a personable efficient tech today. But the previous 3 appts were cancelled causing us to question continuing with this company. We’ll see what happens with the next appt.

We have had Truly Nolen for a couple years now and we are happy customers. Our technician is Jose Gomez and has been for a while now. He is very respectful and knowledgeable. Anytime I present a pest issue he not only addresses it but also takes the time to explain why I may be having that issue. There has been a couple times I have had them come back out to re- spray and have never had a problem with them coming out. I would highly recommend Jose to all my neighbors and friends.

I’ve contacted Truly Nolen today after we heard scratches inside our walls, and they were very responsive. Larry came out and took the time to explain to me what they look for. We could not find anything near where the noise was coming in the wall. He was very honest with me through the whole process. He even helped plug a potential whole (which is the whole we later think was how the rodent got into our house). We later in the day discovered mouse droppings in the pantry. I called Larry back as I decided to immediately start service. He was with another customer but was able to reach out to Royce to come out. Royce took the chance to make sure all the vents are covered and helped narrow down the issue to the kitchen. When he was on the roof my wife and mother found the mouse in the downstairs bedroom. Royce came down and we were able to corner it into running into one of the traps! It was comforting to know that we caught something. I really hope it’s the only one, but he did leave out traps throughout the areas we think the mouse has been going through, and Larry or Royce will be coming by on Friday to do the smoke test to make sure they didn’t get into the pipes. Overall happy with how the first day went, Royce and Larry are both great professionals!

Have had a hit and miss type of experience with upper management, BUT the technician Royce has gone above and beyond and has earned all 5 of these stars on the rating! Rob is also an amazing asset for this company!

Today Reggie came out to my home, Reggie did an Awesome job, he came earlier than my scheduled appointment time which was Awesome. He is very friendly and nice. I reccomend Reggie to everyone. He does a Very Good Job.

We were in the throes of a flooring installation when it had to come to a screeching halt. The installer found termites in the master bedroom! We had everything torn up (carpets removed, furniture from 3 rooms in the bathrooms) and wanted our flooring done ASAP! Well, my husband called Truly Nolen because we had used them for occasional termite inspections. They said they could have someone out first thing the next morning. Larry Reed showed up to do the inspection and evaluation. He was professional, friendly, easy to work with and realized the urgency of our situation. He warned us that this was the busiest bug season, and he might not be able to get a technician out for a week or so. I almost cried! He was, however, able to get Royce Teitgen to come out the following day! We timed it so that Royce was done mitigating the issue in the bedroom before the floor installers showed up to continue their work. Royce did an outstanding and very thorough job. And everything got back on track with our home improvement project. We are very happy with the swift and friendly service. And we signed up for the quarterly services. We highly recommend these two gentlemen and Truly Nolen!

Fernando was so helpful, informative, and cordial. He explained the entire process before he got started, and even explained more about the future process moving forward. He was so knowledgeable, and shared information related to our concerns. He went above and beyond the call in this regard. His passion for his work was so evident. He was very easy to work with and made our first experience with Orkin a great one!

Andrew was the representative that came out and inspected our home. He answered all the questions we had with a professional manner. Took time to spray everything. Really will be recommending to family

Fernando did an excellent job. He is very thorough and is a great communicator. He is also very accommodating, indicating he can be back to finish parts of my home for which we were not ready to handle that day.

Agent called and told us what time he would be here at our home. He was on time and let us know he was here and to make inspection on our home outside. Very courteous and quickly made inspection of our home.

The technician James Ingram has been providing tremendous jobs. He is the reason why we stay with Terminix. When we request the service, he always lets us know when he is on the way and asks for our concerns. He finds the root cause of the issue and solves it out! I love the way he takes care of our issues like his own. He is responsible, professional, and very kind. We know and feel that he really cares. The other representatives when we call for a service are very nice too! All of them are very professional and friendly every time we call. I highly recommend Terminix!

Dylan was awesome. He asked questions, and kept me informed before, during and after the service. He not once made me feel bad or embarrassed about what he was here for. He has an amazing personality and very professional at all times. Best customer service I have EVER had with any pest control service, EVER!

Ledarius Johnson is always very professional but also approachable. It is easy to relay my pest control concerns to him without ever feeling judged. He is always very knowledgeable and helpful with ways to help reduce pests in my home. Also anytime I have to call and speak with someone on the phone I have always gotten a very friendly person. Not one single bad experience with Terminix yet after being a customer for 17 months.

Terminix's inspections are timely scheduled. Thus far, the representatives dispatched have been professional, respectful, and efficient in assuring that there are no signs of termites in or around our home. Afterwards, a detailed report of the job performed is electronically forwarded for our records.

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

Jordan has provided the most complete service since I’ve been a client. He even sprayed on my deck, which no one else has done. If these are new directions to the techs, hooray. If not, he did the best service. Thanks for putting him on my route.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.

The technician Frankie that came out today was terrific. He thoroughly cleaned the spider webs and sprayed all areas. Frankie tried to accommodate the fact Aptive Environmental had not yet provided any mosquito traps since I signed up for service and unfortunately he was out as well. Frankie gets 5 stars but Aptive only 4.

I am so happy with Aptive's service. We had a serious problem with Brown Widow spiders since we moved in here. Small problems with crickets and pincher bugs as well. But since we have been using Aptive for our pest control I can finally walk around my backyard at night in the summer without seeing spiders or walking through webs! The techs are amazing too, service is usually done while we are at work and they are awesome about sending updates, notifications and pics of their service. Especially thorough has been Frankie who has serviced our house a couple of times now. Pics are great from him too!

Since I started using his services, I've noticed a significant decrease in pests around my home. He's reliable, thorough, and always goes the extra mile to ensure the job is done right. The sales rep, Martin, was very professional and courteous and answered all of my many questions. I am very happy with the way he explained everything. I am also very pleased with the first Aptive treatment of my yard by Mellili. She was very thorough, answered all of my questions and explained everything that she did to our yard and all with a smile. Unfortunately they were out of stock on the mosquito traps, but I've been assured that as soon as they come in they will bring them out. Other than that, Aptive has done a fine job so far.

Your technicians does a very thorough job each and every time. He is very good about communicating what he has done. Last time he told me about an area that we needed to repair a torn screens, to stop critters from going underneath our house. I am very happy with your service. He sends me pictures showing where he sprayed. ??
