This is my second home using Western Exterminator. I've been a customer for over 20 years. My service is every other month on the exterior - front and back yard. I have had the interior done maybe 3 times! Occasionally I've had a little ant problem in the backyard but it's always due to the weather. They have always taken care of any issues, even if it's between my normal service! They've come out at no extra charge. Very reliable company, very good employees!

The same exterminator came by that I have worked with in the past. He was very nice. He checked an additional area in the house to make sore out wasn't new damage, it wasn't. He was very professional and pleasant.

We had a personable efficient tech today. But the previous 3 appts were cancelled causing us to question continuing with this company. We’ll see what happens with the next appt.

André Hernandez was our technician. He did an excellent job. He was patient with me and my father as we are coordinating our inspection while I was at work. He was very knowledgeable. Give us different options and how we could handle our pest problem. We signed up for the one year and we were planning to use them as needed. Not to mention the customer service line when I called to set up was great. Really appreciate the customers service and the dedication to the customers

We haven’t had pest control in years but we got them lil pinchers coming from everywhere. Nothing we did was working so we decided to get the house sprayed again. The guy that came was very detailed, got every crack and crevice in the house. Super nice, answered all the questions my parents had any concerns were cleared. I forgot the woman’s name that I spoke to when I originally called for the service but she was super great as well. Was super helpful, went above and beyond, super attentive and nice. Definitely glad we went with this company.

The technician, Abel, was outstanding. He demonstrated exceptional professionalism and extensive expertise. He provided invaluable assistance throughout the initiation process, surpassing all expectations. I couldn't have wished for a more capable technician. The entire process was remarkably swift and filled with enlightening information.

Just had Orkin come out to our new home. Since the beginning Orkin was super responsive, kind and had wonderful customer service. I reached out online and had all my questions answered and they also made it easy to chat via mobile text. Which I loved and made it easy to communicate questions or concerns I had. The representative was very knowledgeable and then was able to set me up with an appointment. It was so fast and easy and no hassle whatsoever on any end. The technician came out today and he was on time during the window they gave. He was very cordial, respectful, kind energy and personality. He went over what we may need or asked questions about anything I had going on inside the home. He then went over in detail a few things we was going to start with. He treated the indoors and outdoors and then gave an update on the things performed. Answered all questions I had and also showed where there used to be some problematic areas before we owned the home. Overall amazing customer service! Very happy and look forward to continuing to work with Orkin in the future.

My family and I are very pleased with the service. Abel & the rest of the Orkin personnel always take care of any issues or questions we may have. Abel is always sharing his knowledge with us & if he sees an issue or problem, will let us know of it, along with what measures will be taken to remedy that issue. We know safety & professionalism is paramount with Orkin. So glad I turned to Orkin.

I recently heard some kind of rodent (opossum) under the house, chewing/scratching on wood. I called Critter Control and got a call back within 20 minutes....

We've been Terminix customers for many years. My parents were customers before us at this location. We feel comfortable comfortable in knowing that you don't have to worry about the little critters around our home. Steven, he gave us his card, was very professional and very thorough in his explanation of what was going on and the areas he serviced. He even explained what "solution" was being used yo treat the home. We appreciated that.

I’ve been using Terminix for my home for years, and I’m satisfied with the experience. Our service technician, Jose, has always been friendly and professional. Scheduling and rescheduling appointments with Jose has been easy, as he is very accommodating. Jose is efficient when performing the service. I appreciate that he cleans the spider webs around the outside of our house upon request. While we do have some spiders in the yard, which is understandable, it’s reassuring to see that very few bugs make their way into our home.

Ryan Banks is a superlative technician! He always calls to ensure that he can access my property. He is thorough- taking time to investigate the entire perimeter of the property. He keeps me up to date with the seasons and the types of treatments my home requires. I encourage you to promote him so that he can train technicians on the extermination process and particularly, how to communicate with and engage customers. He deserves a raise. He is excellent in eye way!

Ryan Banks serviced my home and I was extremely happy with his work. He came on time and was very professional. Ryan was friendly and knowledgeable. He did a great job of explaining the process and the necessary steps to insure we did not have any further issues. I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.

The technician Frankie that came out today was terrific. He thoroughly cleaned the spider webs and sprayed all areas. Frankie tried to accommodate the fact Aptive Environmental had not yet provided any mosquito traps since I signed up for service and unfortunately he was out as well. Frankie gets 5 stars but Aptive only 4.

I am so happy with Aptive's service. We had a serious problem with Brown Widow spiders since we moved in here. Small problems with crickets and pincher bugs as well. But since we have been using Aptive for our pest control I can finally walk around my backyard at night in the summer without seeing spiders or walking through webs! The techs are amazing too, service is usually done while we are at work and they are awesome about sending updates, notifications and pics of their service. Especially thorough has been Frankie who has serviced our house a couple of times now. Pics are great from him too!

The sales rep, Martin, was very professional and courteous and answered all of my many questions. I am very happy with the way he explained everything. I am also very pleased with the first Aptive treatment of my yard by Mellili. She was very thorough, answered all of my questions and explained everything that she did to our yard and all with a smile. Unfortunately they were out of stock on the mosquito traps, but I've been assured that as soon as they come in they will bring them out. Other than that, Aptive has done a fine job so far.

Your technicians does a very thorough job each and every time. He is very good about communicating what he has done. Last time he told me about an area that we needed to repair a torn screens, to stop critters from going underneath our house. I am very happy with your service. He sends me pictures showing where he sprayed. ??
