This is my second home using Western Exterminator. I've been a customer for over 20 years. My service is every other month on the exterior - front and back yard. I have had the interior done maybe 3 times! Occasionally I've had a little ant problem in the backyard but it's always due to the weather. They have always taken care of any issues, even if it's between my normal service! They've come out at no extra charge. Very reliable company, very good employees!

The same exterminator came by that I have worked with in the past. He was very nice. He checked an additional area in the house to make sore out wasn't new damage, it wasn't. He was very professional and pleasant.

We had a personable efficient tech today. But the previous 3 appts were cancelled causing us to question continuing with this company. We’ll see what happens with the next appt.

We have had Truly Nolen for a couple years now and we are happy customers. Our technician is Jose Gomez and has been for a while now. He is very respectful and knowledgeable. Anytime I present a pest issue he not only addresses it but also takes the time to explain why I may be having that issue. There has been a couple times I have had them come back out to re- spray and have never had a problem with them coming out. I would highly recommend Jose to all my neighbors and friends.

Gerald is the most knowledgeable rodent control inspector I've encountered. He checked entry points where no other inspectors were aware of. He and Anthony were very courteous, patient, and helpful as well. We are highly satisfied with their service!

Everyone was very nice. Three men came to do the work. They worked fast I was told the job would take 4 to 5 hrs. It took them about 3 hours. The termite was back in the evening but I had been told that it might happen and to call if it were happening after 2 weeks.

I don't even own any pets! The fleas got inside my house and all it took was one call to Orkin to eliminate them. The fleas came back but after a second treatment, they were finally gone. It's also very nice not to have spiders and spider webs around the entrances to my house. I am also very happy at how affordable Orkin really was! I wasted so much time and money trying to get rid of the fleas myself because I thought that Orkin might be too expensive. But it wasn't. I should have called them a long time ago. If you have a flea problem or any other issues with pets or rodents, they check for those too and treat them, don't hesitate to give Orkin a call! They always give you advance notice when your appointment is about to happen and they call you the day before to let you know that they'll be coming out and also the time. They are so good at following up! I highly recommend them!

Critter Control has been helping me trap baby raccoons, "Mama" left me as a present in my basement. They humanely relocate them and come asap once they are trapped. Their employees are kind and helpful to me which I need as I am retired.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.
