The Technician arrived when they said they would. Promptly let me know they arrived and quickly got to work. Twice I have paused my service only for the issue to come back. I will continue to be a customer for a long time.

I called and scheduled an estimate for service at our home. It was scheduled for Friday May 9 between 3 and 5 PM. Nobody showed or called to reschedule or tell they would be late. So I called and set another date and time for the estimate, and again the technician did not showed or call me. They had my phone number, I would have worked with them if they called. I’m retired but my time is still valuable. If they treat all potential customer this way, this company shouldn’t be in this service industry. Updates Received a call from the technician he apologized for being late. He coming to the house for the estimate. I’m a US Navy veteran and retired from the VA Hospital, so if I say I will be somewhere at a certain time, I will be there. In my old age I expected people who work in a service field to be on time. Plus I’m old fashioned and I can be grumpy. If I was that way to the dispatcher, I apologize

The experience could have been better if staff was more responsive. We were long time users of thier services but they had a new contract this year and I had questions as it was not well written and language definitely not consistent between some clauses. It took an extended amount of time to get those concerns addressed. This years service was not completed by the end of the day and it also took awhile to be rescheduled and took several days to get responses. The service itself was fine and I really liked the person managing the job but she just was not very quick to update us. I am getting the impression that they are short on staff. I also really really don't like the fact that there is not a number for the local office like there used to be. Instead, the number you have to call (like if the person managing the job isn't being responsive), is a general 800 number for setting appointments. You have to have them send a message to the local office for the local office to call you back. They won't give you a direct #. Next time the service is up for renewal, I am going to be looking into other options because I hate that so much.

Critter Control has been helping me trap baby raccoons, "Mama" left me as a present in my basement. They humanely relocate them and come asap once they are trapped. Their employees are kind and helpful to me which I need as I am retired.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.

This is my second home using Western Exterminator. I've been a customer for over 20 years. My service is every other month on the exterior - front and back yard. I have had the interior done maybe 3 times! Occasionally I've had a little ant problem in the backyard but it's always due to the weather. They have always taken care of any issues, even if it's between my normal service! They've come out at no extra charge. Very reliable company, very good employees!

The same exterminator came by that I have worked with in the past. He was very nice. He checked an additional area in the house to make sore out wasn't new damage, it wasn't. He was very professional and pleasant.

We had a personable efficient tech today. But the previous 3 appts were cancelled causing us to question continuing with this company. We’ll see what happens with the next appt.
