This is my second home using Western Exterminator. I've been a customer for over 20 years. My service is every other month on the exterior - front and back yard. I have had the interior done maybe 3 times! Occasionally I've had a little ant problem in the backyard but it's always due to the weather. They have always taken care of any issues, even if it's between my normal service! They've come out at no extra charge. Very reliable company, very good employees!

The same exterminator came by that I have worked with in the past. He was very nice. He checked an additional area in the house to make sore out wasn't new damage, it wasn't. He was very professional and pleasant.

We had a personable efficient tech today. But the previous 3 appts were cancelled causing us to question continuing with this company. We’ll see what happens with the next appt.

Deanna was amazing she is very knowledgeable and such a hard worker. I was ready to try someone else until, she did my service. TRULY as a company still has the old customer service value. Thank you Truly Nolen for keeping employees that value their customers.

Dena Marschke came by to do our annual termite inspection. Dena was friendly, professional, informative and thorough in her inspection of our house. I would have to give her 5 stars in work performance. I have been a Truly Nolan customer for more than 30 years. They have always lived up to their promises and their staff has always been professional.

Absolutely 100% recommend this company. As a first time phone owner, it gets taxing about the people that need to come to your home and help with the up keep. Jorge has been the most amazing technician for many years and is a great communicator about when he is able to actually arrive and asks me what bugs are problems for that season, always professional wears his shoe covers and just does the services needed if there is a problem I was not aware of he will let us know, but if not and heads out. Dena is the termite technician that has treated us like family from the first visit. She is honest, trust worthy and has helped us through our termite “adventures”. Thank you Truly!

My experience with Truly Nolen has been very positive. The inspection & process was seamless. The employees were an excellent representation for the company. Sigmund addressed the termite concerns. He made sure I understood the process, and I felt he cared for my house like I do. All done with professionalism, positive attitude and very thorough. Shout out to Sergio and George. I feel my money has gone to good use.

Hello, I've been a customer of Truly Nolen for about 8 years now and can say they have done an outstanding job of controlling my termite infestation. Specifically Sigmund my technician who has treated my home over the years. He is very knowledgeable and respectful. He always makes sure I'm up to date with the latest information about how to deal with termites. I feel I'm getting a great value for my annual contract. Highly recommend Truly Nolen and if you live in the San Diego area ask for Sigmund. He does an awesome job.

Overall just okay. The billing setup was misleading and was told originally it was month-to-month. We had to commit to a year and there is no way to cancel during year. I’d prefer if I could be notified when service is here. I have never seen my house being serviced at the times they have said but I continue to pay anyways. My feedback would be to provide flexible billing options with the ability to cancel quarterly basis and send notifications to customers upon arrival to improve transparency

Roberto was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, professional and kind. He listened to my concerns and went above and beyond. I had used other pest control services in the past in my previous homes and stopped them because they did a below average job. I was very pleased and highly recommend. A little pricey though.

Though I have no other pest control company to compare it to as this is the one my sister recommended. They have been really great and helpful. My Tec or what ever you call them is awesome. He’s helpful, he’s happy to answer all the questions, quick to respond and is pretty professional. The people who have helped me on the phone so far have been great. MAKE SURE YOU KEEP JOHNNY He’s a great face to have at your company.

Stepanie S. via google

The business goes through their share of service people just like any other service business, but all of them try to do their best every time. The phone and email customer service contacts are always available, responsive and helpful. The online scheduling and change is convenient and easy. They return any time the customer is having issues with any sort of pest or insect. My current service person, Augustine, is very helpful, accommodating and pleasant. I would say their service is an excellent value for the price.

Patricia D. via google

I'm not sure about value for quality until we see if the mosquitoes go away. However, Jose was very thorough, very professional and I believe he did a great job. He discussed where he was going to spray and gave me other details. I was very very happy..

We have had Terminix for years, and have had the same technician servicing our home. We receive excellent service. Our technician explained what was done each time. We have had issues in the past, and when I call our technician, he usually comes within a day to resolve our problem. We are very happy with the service we receive, and have recommended Terminix many times.

Everything went according to plan. Arrived on time, very respectful and professional, got to work quickly and expertly "tented" our 2-story home. Ahead of time I was a bit concerned re our electric solar panels and water heating solar panels, but no issues. Very meticulous and focused on not damaging anything. A few plants very close to our home's foundation suffered, but that was expected. After tenting, we over watered and they popped back. Very pleased with overall experience!
