This is my second home using Western Exterminator. I've been a customer for over 20 years. My service is every other month on the exterior - front and back yard. I have had the interior done maybe 3 times! Occasionally I've had a little ant problem in the backyard but it's always due to the weather. They have always taken care of any issues, even if it's between my normal service! They've come out at no extra charge. Very reliable company, very good employees!

The same exterminator came by that I have worked with in the past. He was very nice. He checked an additional area in the house to make sore out wasn't new damage, it wasn't. He was very professional and pleasant.

We had a personable efficient tech today. But the previous 3 appts were cancelled causing us to question continuing with this company. We’ll see what happens with the next appt.

We use Truly Nolan for our business in Otay San Diego. Their customer service is wonderful. Our technician Gary Garcia is the best we’ve ever had, always thorough and pleasant and gives in person updates and recommendations for our property.

I’ve had a great experience with their termite service from start to finish. Greg performed the inspection taking great care & time to do it well, inspecting crawl spaces, attics, in addition to the interior areas. I was informed of my options, and received great follow up on all matters related to cost, billing, contract, etc. Greg took the time to make sure we received excellent customer service throughout the process. The technician, Mike Pullen, also did stellar work. He was courteous, thorough, and completed the job in exactly the amount of time we were told it would take. He cleaned up well and overall took pride in his work. The Truly Nolan team pulled this all off on a holiday weekend which was extra helpful to us. I highly recommend this company.

Dena was on time and very respectful of our home. She inspected the entire house including the attic, fences, gates and back porch cover. She sent us a detailed report of her inspection results. Dena will pass the information along to the technician who will make the corrections in the next few days. We’ve used Truly Nolen for approximately 10 years and have been very impressed with their results. Nice family run felling company.

Dena called hours in advance to say what time she would arrive within a 30-minute, rather than a two-hour window, which freed me to do other things -- and she arrived in that window. She then told me what she would do during a termite and rodent inspection and how long it would take. She took care to ask about pets and other family members, and then did the inspection. She provided a thorough report at the end, made a recommendation on trimming back some plants that can give rats cover and showed me the spots where she found evidence of termites. We scheduled for a technician to go out and take care of that. I found Dena to be highly service driven, meticulous in her pre- and post-inspection explanations, and fun to talk with. Truly Nolen is routinely awesome for us, and Dena somehow still manage to provide service above and beyond.

I currently have service with Truly Nolen for vermine. The service to this point has been excellent. My guy is Greg. Late yesterday I thought I detected the sound of a trap triggering so I contacted Greg immediately. Greg told me he would be here first thing in the morning. He showed up this morning and did a full inspection of my property. He checked my traps and areas that I don't inspect myself. Good news no rodents. Greg is the best. He's punctual (actually early) knowledgeable and very professional. His customer service is top notch.

Our tech Jonathan A. was excellent and very knowledgeable. He spent time learning the property, explaining what he was going to do, and what to expect both after treatment and seasonally. He was very thorough and efficient inside and out. Once he finished, he summarized what he did and let us know when it would be safe to let our cat out. We hope he is able to be our tech when we have our next serve!

Critter Control has been helping me trap baby raccoons, "Mama" left me as a present in my basement. They humanely relocate them and come asap once they are trapped. Their employees are kind and helpful to me which I need as I am retired.

My service tech John Garcia always does a great job! I was looking at my Ring camera for that day and saw that he even took the time to clean all the spider webs from around the entire house. I would highly recommend him and Terminex!
