I have a bi-level home w/ ENORMOUS WOLF SPIDERS in my garage that connects to my bottom living room, while we have not completely eradicated the issue yet, my reason for leaving a review is really about my technician, Dominique Day. He is amazing. He is so friendly, helpful, professional, and always on time. I think he deserves recognition from leadership. I will continue to use Ehrlich, even though we haven not fully resolved my spider issue, because of Dominique.

Second time using Ehrlich's. Rick was pleasant, personable and informative.

My service tech is awesome. He makes sure my home is pest free. Only thing I don’t care for is the scheduling tool they have moved to. Sometimes a 2-3 day notice isn’t the most convenient to schedule around. It would be ideal if when my service tech was leaving we could discuss a mutually convenient time to schedule ahead.

We had Chris today who can by and he was so polite and great. Actually, all of the people from your company that came by were excellent! We also had another guy named Darrell that came by a few months ago and he was just so knowledgeable and just a great guy! Please let them know that they did a really awesome job! Thank you!!!

The tech and inspector that came out did a thorough job. We’re hoping the wasp problem is handled, but they’ll be back in 2 weeks to look again. They spent their time to check over everything. Richard and Shane were both very nice and great on communication.

UPDATE: they reached out today and offered a full refund and an inspection for free. I just wish someone would’ve told us this last night. Customer service is lacking, as they seem to only answer if you’re a new customer. This process has been horrendous but we’re thankful for this resolution. We have a rodent issue and called Orkin ASAP because we have an 11 month old in our home. I took off work to meet the worker. They sent a new person who was nice but they thought it was a routine stop just to set up traps. They brought a handful of glue traps and that was it. They did not inspect or look around or anything. They then said an inspector should come separately but that was never stated or set up. Mind you this entire service was $200. I then called and set up another service for today 4-6, where my husband had to take off work, and nobody showed. So we’re waiting for nothing with a sick baby and out $200….now we’re trying to call to report this and nobody is answering.

In our year-long partnership with Orkin, I am compelled to express my profound satisfaction. Unlike our prior service, which yielded sporadic results, Orkin has consistently demonstrated excellence. The noticeable reduction in pests since our transition is a testament to their efficacy. Their commitment to timeliness and friendliness is a refreshing departure from the ordinary. Without hesitation, I wholeheartedly recommend their service – a commendable choice for those seeking not just a solution, but a partner in maintaining a pest-free environment. Grateful for their exceptional service!

Had an awesome first time experience with Orkin. I’m excited we have chosen them for pest control. Tyler came by today and was very polite, answered all of my questions, and was very helpful. They were also able to give me a good discount when they heard I was getting quotes for around here. Even before the discount, they ended up being the best priced service.

Understanding Pest Control Services in North Augusta, SC

For homeowners in North Augusta, South Carolina, combating pests is a crucial aspect of maintaining a comfortable and safe living environment. Various service providers offer plans to tackle unwelcome critters, with pricing largely influenced by factors like property size, infestation severity, and treatment frequency. On average, initial pest control services can range from $175 to $400, while recurring services can cost approximately $40 to $100 monthly. These figures encompass a broad spectrum of common household pests, ensuring your abode remains a sanctuary free from unwanted guests.

Breaking Down Pest Control Costs

The cost of pest control services in North Augusta can vary, but generally includes an initial fee followed by monthly or quarterly payments. The initial fee is a one-time charge that may range between $175 and $400, depending on the specific service and extent of the pest issue. This fee covers the initial assessment and first treatment. Following the initial service, homeowners can expect to invest in ongoing protection, typically billed at $40 to $100 per month. This recurring charge ensures continuous monitoring and intervention, keeping your property consistently guarded against pest invasions.

Service Spectrum: Recurring vs One-Time Solutions

Pest control providers often offer a choice between one-time treatments and recurring services. One-time treatments are suitable for addressing a specific, isolated pest problem and are generally priced between $250 to $400. In contrast, recurring services involve periodic inspections and treatments to prevent pests from establishing a foothold in your home. While the upfront cost of recurring services can be higher, they provide the advantage of continual pest management and often come with satisfaction guarantees.

Bundling Benefits and Additional Services

Many pest control companies offer bundled plans, which can result in significant savings. For example, combining pest and termite control can save homeowners an average of $175. Add-on services like mosquito treatments and termite inspections may also be available, usually at an additional cost. These bundled services not only provide comprehensive coverage but can also be more cost-effective than purchasing separate treatments.

Comprehending Contracts

Contracts and service agreements are standard in the pest control industry. Annual service agreements are common, but many companies also offer the flexibility to cancel at any time, sometimes with a money-back guarantee. This allows homeowners to choose a service level that suits their needs without being locked into a long-term commitment.

Pest Coverage: An Overview

Most general pest control plans cover a wide range of pests, including ants, spiders, roaches, and rodents. However, specialty pests like termites, bed bugs, and wildlife often require separate treatment plans. It's important to understand which pests are included in your plan and which may incur additional charges for treatment.

The Guarantee of a Pest-Free Home

A guarantee is a vote of confidence from the service provider in their ability to keep your home pest-free. Many companies offer guarantees that include free return visits if pests reappear between scheduled services. This provides peace of mind and assurance that help is available should pests persist.

Expectations During Treatment

When you schedule a pest control treatment, professionals will typically perform an inspection, followed by interior and exterior treatments tailored to your home's needs. This may include sealing off entry points, applying pesticides, and setting up traps. Service providers aim to perform treatments with minimal disruption to your daily life while effectively addressing the pest problem.

Specialty Pests: Beyond the Basics

While general pest control covers common insects and small rodents, specialty pests such as termites, bed bugs, and wildlife require targeted treatments. These pests often necessitate more complex and potentially more expensive management strategies. If you encounter such pests, it's important to seek a service provider with expertise in these specific areas.
