Great company with reliable results. Aaron is always on time and very professional. When I have had other critter issues, the Erlich team has referred out the work and treated me with care to make sure my issues were resolved. Erlich was recommended to me by a neighbor and I am very grateful.

I have been a very happy client since they took over Jones Consulting and Pest Control. Derrick is my current tech and he's amazing. He is here on time, every time. Does a very thorough job inside and out. Aside from the occasional Palmetto bug, always dead, we see no other critters. Thank you Ehrlich, and staff, for a job well done.

Kenneth Kolbe with Ehrlich Pest Control is very helpful and Ehrlich pest gives great customer service. If your looking for reliable...Ehrlich is it!

Sheri N. via yelp

They were really great. The owner is Craig Jones. They did the pest control every quarter and I spent $60 a quarter. I used them for like eight or nine years. It is a local business. We have bugs and cockroaches, so people spray regularly for those. I liked that they are local. The gentleman who was responsive for servicing my house was there for years and I think that is a good sign about a company. When I first contacted them, I wanted to find out if we needed a whole house termite treatment and they told me that I didn’t. I admired that. He is an honest guy. I would rate them highly.

They come and do a good job. We have them every three months. We have a regular contract with them and we have had them for eight or ten years. They are punctual about their appointments. They are friendly and efficient. They are good with follow ups if we have problems. They are very thorough. They don’t mind doing little extra things for us when we need it done. We have used them for a long time. We would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.

Bryton was our service rep. He was in communication about his schedule letting us know he would be within the original service window but later than expected, he still made it within the service window. When he arrived, he was attentive to what I had to say (birds living in the chimney), took a look in the chimney, saw no evidence of bird nesting but did see the droppings, gave me an education on roosting but not nesting birds then gave me 2 solutions for handling and an estimate of when he'll have that to us. All of this in about :20! He was competent and mannerly and even went out of his way to answer another question I had about possible wildlife living in a busy area of my backyard an how to handle. Excellent service, will call them again if needed for any service they provide. 7 June 2023 update: The initial service was great but we did have to call to chase up the estimate owed. There was no communication on day of service re: ETA of when technician would be here.

Understanding Pest Control Services and Pricing in Savannah, Georgia

Homeowners in Savannah, Georgia looking to protect their property from pests can expect a range of services tailored to address the local ecosystem's challenges. Pest control costs can vary, with general pricing influenced by factors such as home size, infestation level, and specific pest issues. Typically, homeowners might encounter monthly fees between $40 and $100 for ongoing pest prevention plans, and initial treatment fees might range from $175 to $350. Each service includes assessments, implementation of treatment, and continuous monitoring to keep your residence pest-free.

Pest Protection Coverage

Not all pests are covered under standard pest control packages. Commonly included pests are ants, cockroaches, mice, and spiders, while pests like termites, bed bugs, and wildlife usually require specialized treatment plans. Understand which pests are commonplace in your area to ensure your chosen plan provides the protection your home needs.

Service Agreements and Their Flexibility

When signing up for pest control services, homeowners should review service contracts carefully. Many companies require annual agreements but also offer guarantees that allow for service cancellation and refunds if the homeowner is not satisfied with the service.

Confidence in Service: The Guarantees Offered

Pest control services often come with a guarantee, ensuring that if pests return within a certain period after treatment, the pest control company will re-treat the area at no additional cost. This assurance helps homeowners feel secure in their investment.

Treatment Day: What to Anticipate

During initial and follow-up pest treatments, technicians typically conduct thorough inspections both inside and outside the home, apply the necessary treatments, and take preventive measures to avoid future infestations. Homeowners should expect professional and discreet service, with minimal disruption to their daily routine.

Maximizing Value: Bundling and Add-On Services

Many pest control companies offer bundled services that can provide cost savings. Homeowners may have options to add termite inspections, mosquito treatments, or tick control for an additional fee but at a reduced cost when bundled with standard pest control plans.

Dealing with Specialty Pests

While common pests are covered under most general pest control plans, specialty pests such as termites, bed bugs, rodents, and wildlife often require dedicated treatment strategies. Homeowners may need to engage with specialized services to address these particular challenges.

Comparing One-Time and Recurring Services

One-time pest treatments can address an immediate problem, while recurring services focus on prevention and long-term control. Recurring services usually involve periodic inspections and treatments to maintain a pest-free environment over time.
