I’ve been an Orkin client at my farm property for almost 10 years. We have an annual plan specifically for my needs and they are always courteous, professional, considerate and on time. Being a rural account, they keep me posted via text, email and with auto pay, I don’t even have to be involved. Living close to forests and having wood only structures, Orkin is a great partner providing a multitude of solutions. Lastly, I generally get to know the professional service technicians and all of them have outstanding personal bearing and manners. I had a major Bee infestation at my home, Yellow Jackets and Hornets. The Yellow Jackets had made their way into my closet and master bathroom. I called Terminex and they sent Mason. He did a fantastic job!! He has also followed up with me a few times to make sure everything is still to my satisfaction and the bees are still gone! Mason provided A-1 service, he was so nice and friendly. Highly recommend Terminex! I am now Bee free!

Shawn Browning was very professional when he came to do the treatment on my house. He asked for my concerns and listened when I talked to him. We love our Terminix services. Definitely worth it!

Ravi has done an extraordinary job in servicing our home for pests and bugs. He has always made recommendations for additional services if he thought they would help our situation, and would always make time to talk to us about our concerns, and make further recommendations to prevent future issues. He has always been punctual and has been very commutative if any situation would keep him from making the appointment time designated. I would recommend him 10/10.

I have a bi-level home w/ ENORMOUS WOLF SPIDERS in my garage that connects to my bottom living room, while we have not completely eradicated the issue yet, my reason for leaving a review is really about my technician, Dominique Day. He is amazing. He is so friendly, helpful, professional, and always on time. I think he deserves recognition from leadership. I will continue to use Ehrlich, even though we haven not fully resolved my spider issue, because of Dominique.

My service tech is awesome. He makes sure my home is pest free. Only thing I don’t care for is the scheduling tool they have moved to. Sometimes a 2-3 day notice isn’t the most convenient to schedule around. It would be ideal if when my service tech was leaving we could discuss a mutually convenient time to schedule ahead.

We had Chris today who can by and he was so polite and great. Actually, all of the people from your company that came by were excellent! We also had another guy named Darrell that came by a few months ago and he was just so knowledgeable and just a great guy! Please let them know that they did a really awesome job! Thank you!!!
