GM, Ben did fine. In the future, please advise teck to remove and treat all spider webs on or around all windows, doors, light sources, and cameras. Overall, I'm OK with it for now. Also, to check and top off all 4 ant sugar reservoirs.

Braden came out and was so nice and professional. I love him he did everything he was supposed to and explained everything. He made sure he did every room my kids are so use yo them coming out he knocked on their doors and asked if they would like the room sprayed they was like hey come on in.He is one of the family now. My review is for my technician Zach. He’s 100% the best. Always so kind and respectful. I was about to terminate my service with Orkin due to poor service until Zach showed up. I always ask a lot of questions and he’s is always very knowledgeable.

Matthew Kipe was our Terminix technician recently and he clearly earned five stars from us based on his thorough and effective treatment of an ant infestation in our house. Matt even offered to check with us a week later to make sure that the problem was resolved since his initial visit.. thank you Matt!

We have had several technicians do our service over the last few years and the service was always good. The last service I want to say was absolutely the best. The young man’s name was Marcos and when he was finished and came to the door I complimented him on doing an exceptional service. In our conversation we spoke about hard work how important it is and taking ownership as if it were his own company. Terminix is great! We've had them since we bought our house. They come out whenever I call or have a bug issue, even wasps! And of course we have their termite service to keep our house safe. The prices haven't gone up over the years nearly as much as a lot of other services; so for great customer service call Terminix!

Bret always goes above and beyond to help us with our ever changing schedules and many questions. He is always friendly and patient. Always a pleasant experience!

Trutech has a courteous, professional team. I interacted with three different employees in getting the service I required and each was respectful and informative. Despite being warned that the service might take about 2 weeks it was fully completed the day after the initial inspection and proposal. The team was also very accommodating of my schedule. I recommend Trutech highly.

Snake deterrent. Put down deterrents and devices around property of my home on pond. They also inspected property and shed to ensure no snakes or nests were found. They’ll come monthly and in between if I see any snakes they will come to remove them. Since they’ve come I haven’t seen any repeat visits by snakes. When I called they were very nice to work with, took detailed information, including pictures and scheduled the initial visit within a week. So far I’m very pleased to be snake free, so are my kids and Jack Russell’s!

I have a bi-level home w/ ENORMOUS WOLF SPIDERS in my garage that connects to my bottom living room, while we have not completely eradicated the issue yet, my reason for leaving a review is really about my technician, Dominique Day. He is amazing. He is so friendly, helpful, professional, and always on time. I think he deserves recognition from leadership. I will continue to use Ehrlich, even though we haven not fully resolved my spider issue, because of Dominique.

My service tech is awesome. He makes sure my home is pest free. Only thing I don’t care for is the scheduling tool they have moved to. Sometimes a 2-3 day notice isn’t the most convenient to schedule around. It would be ideal if when my service tech was leaving we could discuss a mutually convenient time to schedule ahead.

We had Chris today who can by and he was so polite and great. Actually, all of the people from your company that came by were excellent! We also had another guy named Darrell that came by a few months ago and he was just so knowledgeable and just a great guy! Please let them know that they did a really awesome job! Thank you!!!
