Truly Nolan solved my rat frustrations. We paid another company to do an exclusion which was wasted money. Poor experience. Alan with TN came out and explained the process which sounded much more professional and effective than the prior company. They did what was outlined and we are very happy with the outcome.

I was in dire need of termite treatment and Truly Nolen came to the rescue! They were able to squeeze us in for an appointment the very next day, and showed up right on time. The technician was knowledgeable and thorough in their treatment. The only downside was that the Quality Manager had a bit of an odor, but a quick spray of Lysol took care of that. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the prompt and professional service provided by Truly Nolen and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of termite treatment.

I spoke to Jason about starting service. Jason was very professional and through about his description of what would be preformed. Jason answered any of my wife’s or my questions. We felt very comfortable about starting service and indeed did. We are so glad we did. Jason came back on the day in which he said he would return. Everything was executed to a T. Jason the technician has been amazing to deal with, He actually listens to our concerns and has gone above and beyond to work on resolving our problems and will not give up until its handled. he even brought his regional manager in to handle the issue.

He was very detailed with ground treatment, sealant around my roof and taught me things along the way !!! The raccoon experience was frightening. We had lots of questions. Although frightening we wanted raccoon and babies to be handle humanely. Jose was excellent with handling of babies and mother. It took about a week to capture all. We recommend them highly and give a 5 star service.

James Gipson has provided Terminix Exclusion service for several years. James is reliable, honest, and operates with integrity. He recently came for exclusion extra to address concern of rat activity. He was punctual with his arrival time, and I was impressed with his customer service. He answered my questions and provided solutions to problems. I am impressed with his knowledge and expertise. My experience with James Gipson has always been excellent and highly recommend.

We have used Terminix for 5+ years and we have had a positive experience with all of our services. Our technician Joseph is so helpful and he comes for our quarterly pest control and when we find other issues he comes out and fixes them quickly! He is helpful and kind and informative on what is happening and what he is doing. He is one of the main reasons we keep this service going!

Kevin and James did a great job! They communicated when they were on their way and worked fast. They both explained to me what they had done and when they would be back to check the traps. They also told me what to look out for and to call if any issues came up. 10/10 recommend ?

My service reps go beyond what the average person would expect in their quality of service and making sure all pests are taken care of. I really enjoy their service for both inside the house, outside the house, as well as mosquito control in my yard. Terminix is excellent!

I’ll start my review by saying that I have been with Terminix for over 20 years now. The service is great, the Technicians are always thorough and professional. I get extra services as needed, without hassle. Yes, there maybe other pest control Companies out there, but mine is Terminix. However, great dependable service, which I always get, is not the sole reason for my loyalty and longevity with Terminix. Ian Jones, is the biggest reason that I have stayed. He is always the consummate professional, responds, and makes sure that my service runs smoothly. I could try to list all the Technicians, but they can change assignment areas, and such, but Ian has always been with me. I could ramble on, and fill up more paragraphs with accolades, trying to convey my respect and admiration for Ian’s work ethic. But that would only embarrass the man, and never really do justice to him. Anyway, to sum up. Terminix is a great pest control Company, and that does keep me on as a Customer. You can’t go wrong with Terminix. I just hope that you are able to ask for Ian Jones, and if you can, I know that you will be around with Terminix as long as I have.

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

Jordan has provided the most complete service since I’ve been a client. He even sprayed on my deck, which no one else has done. If these are new directions to the techs, hooray. If not, he did the best service. Thanks for putting him on my route.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.

Jason Torres was the service professional who came & serviced my home. He answered all of my questions and included pictures of the areas that he treated so that I am aware of areas that pests may like to congregate. He also made sure that I knew what I should expect after he left. He was professional and helpful.

The actual treatment professional, Steven, was thorough, on time, and very, very helpful. He even helped me out with a few things that I could not do myself because I had had shoulder surgery. He then sent me a detailed text, informing me of exactly what he had done. He is a great representative for your company!! Scheduling However, was difficult. I inquired as to same-day service and was told someone would come out and that they would contact me About a half an hour before they came. By midday, I had not heard from anyone so I called the company again and inquired. I was then told again that someone was in fact supposed to come And the person would be contacting me. By the end of the day, I had still not heard from anyone because there had been a Communication snafu within the company. Because I was dealing with fleas, this turned out to be pretty uncomfortable for me. Finally, a fellow was willing to come at about eight at night, and I told them that they could come in the morning Because I was so tired after having cleaned getting ready for them to come. And, Because out of courtesy to their Treatment professionals I didn’t want the guy to have to continue long days work. The next day, however everything went very well and I’m appreciative

Aptive has really great to work with. They’ve surprised me at how strong their customer service is. Every time I've had any type issues they've been incredibly helpful and accommodating. The quality of their spray is fine, absolutely does the job! I met Chase today & he was GREAT! Very professional and cared about doing a quality job, in fact he went ABOVE AND BEYOND… (can i get Chase every time?)! I will definitely be continuing my service with them! Also, if you speak to their service department, in the Philippines, they also give excellent customer service!
