Excellent service and extremely helpful. The technician, Robyn, knew exactly what was needed to begin the process of getting rid of the pest that decided to invade my home, without paying rent lol. The whole process took maybe an hour and the follow up with inspector was explained and completely acceptable. And the best part is I saved a few dollars from what the initial estimate was quoted to me. I highly recommend Orkin for any of your needs.

I would like to thank Bobby Tallent from Orkin in Hickory, NC for doing such a excellent job at getting rid of our bugs in my home as soon as we contacted him months ago. He was efficient and and listened to everything I told him about our situation. I would highly recommend Bobby for his service. He was thorough and precise on what not to use when it came to using sprays that are sold on the market in our home. Bobby was very kind and pleasant to have as our Pest Control Route Manager. Me and my Boyfriend think Orkin was very reasonable with their prices and resolved all of our issues immediately. Thank You Bobby for everything and for being respectful to us in general. Sincerely Charlotte Mora and Mike Dills.

I had an outrageous infestation of crane flies. They were everywhere outside, covering the house and doors. I called Orkin and had a call back in several hours. The rep (Kevin) came the same day and was stunned. He called to verify that they could treat this and set up an appointment for two days later. The guy who came to treat (forgot his name) was excellent. He fogged all my outdoor plants for the flies, and treated the lawn with granular, since rain was expected. The next day, my outdoors was a crane fly graveyard. It worked exceedingly well, and anything the fog didn't kill, I expect the granular will. I highly recommend them for effectiveness!

Jordan has provided the most complete service since I’ve been a client. He even sprayed on my deck, which no one else has done. If these are new directions to the techs, hooray. If not, he did the best service. Thanks for putting him on my route.

Sue B.via Google

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Rick T.via Google

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.

Montana was pleasant and most helpful in taking care of the service requested. We are happy and pleased with great service and the professional assistance given. SHB

Understanding Pest Control Costs and Services in Rock Hill, South Carolina

Homeowners in Rock Hill, South Carolina looking to establish a pest-free environment may be considering professional pest control services. The cost of these services can vary significantly based on several factors such as the size of the property, level of infestation, frequency of treatments, and the types of pests being targeted. On average, residents can expect initial treatment fees to range from $175 to $399, with subsequent monthly fees for recurring services typically falling between $40 and $100. It's important to note that these prices are subject to change and may fluctuate based on specific company pricing policies and current promotions.

Pest Coverage Details

When selecting a pest control plan, residents will receive protection against a wide array of pests, which commonly include ants, cockroaches, spiders, rodents, millipedes, and more. However, it's crucial to be aware that certain pests, such as termites, bed bugs, and wildlife, may require specialized treatment plans which are not covered under standard pest control agreements.

Understanding Contracts

Most pest control services require a service agreement, typically spanning one year, but policies may differ. Some companies offer the flexibility to cancel the service at any time without a penalty, whereas others may impose a cancellation fee. Proper understanding of the service contract is essential prior to commitment.

Guarantees and Peace of Mind

Many pest control companies provide guarantees, assuring that if pests persist after treatment, additional services will be provided at no extra cost. This guarantee ensures that homeowners can have confidence in the effectiveness of the pest control measures put in place.

Treatment Expectations

During the initial visit, a thorough inspection and treatment will be performed to address any existing pest issues. Follow-up treatments will focus on maintaining a pest-free environment and may include both interior and exterior applications, depending on the chosen service plan.

Bundling Benefits

Homeowners can often benefit from bundled services, such as combining pest and termite control, which can lead to significant savings. Add-on services for pests like mosquitoes are also available, providing more comprehensive protection.

Addressing Specialty Pests

For issues with specialty pests like termites, bed bugs, rodents, and wildlife, homeowners should seek out specific treatment plans designed to address these more challenging infestations. These services are often separate from general pest control plans.

Choosing Service Frequency

Homeowners must decide between one-time treatments and recurring services. While one-time treatments may address immediate issues, recurring services offer ongoing protection and prevention, keeping the home consistently safe from pests.
