I’ve had a great experience with Fox Pest Control, and I especially want to highlight Jesse. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and polite—everything you’d hope for in a technician. As a woman, one thing I really appreciate when hiring service professionals is being treated with respect and spoken to as an equal. Unfortunately, that’s not always a given, but every technician I’ve met from Fox Pest Control has been excellent in this regard. Jesse was no exception—he explained everything clearly without being condescending and never asked to speak with my husband instead of me. My dad and I had the pleasure of working with David B. He was very kind and professional and a joy to work with. He was incredibly thorough with his examination, recommendations for the home, and the work he did for us. He made sure to explain his reasoning and the products he was using so we had a better understanding of the situation and the work that needs to be done. Been with Fox a couple years, always great service. Every technician we’ve ever had has been top notch. Today was our first service from Jesse, who is phenomenal. Super helpful and super friendly. He gave me some extra tips on how to repair some of my damaged window screens I’ve been putting off fixing due to cost. All around 10/10 experience.

Great service and my tech, Mark was very patient with me as I had TONS on questions. He took him time to make sure I understood the process, educated me on the rodent issues and any other questions or concerns I had. By the way the same day I called they came out within a few hours. Other places wanted me to wait more than a week. GREAT SERVICE.

Did great work today. Had some questions about Beatles in the house. The technician came in knew exactly what they were and sprayed for them. Very courteous and friendly.

Our technician, Matt Aruda, is attentive, polite, thorough, and efficient. He is extremely responsive if an issue arises but there are very, very few instances of that! We are very happy with his service and he is one of the reasons we stick with Terminix.

We have used this pest control service since the WatchAll days and love our long time service provider Judy. We use Ehrlich for preventative house pest control as well as environmentally friendly spraying for tick and mosquito control.

I'm surprised to see all the negative reviews below! I've been using Ehrlich for the last year or so and found them to be friendly, helpful and reactive. We've been using them for regular household maintenance rather than to get rid of a big pest problem, which is a difference from some of the other reviews, but they have come out and gotten rid of a wasp nest within 24 hours, and the technician did arrive on time. I've been happy with the services we've received from them and plant to continue using them for pest control in the future.
