All of the above. We had a very good looking young man, as if that makes a difference. He was exceptionally informative, very pleasant, and very polite. His name is Josh Wasson. One of the best we have ever had, and we would love to have him again. Maybe it is time to give him a raise, if he has not had one in awhile. Our whole family loved him. Even the dog.

Gloria C. via google

I really appreciate Roger. he's informative with our questions and very personable. that's important to me with someone in my home. and he has very nice manners. And my dogs just love him. they just know he's a good guy, and can be trusted.

Patrick was patient with our questions and answered each one professionally so that we were confident he would get the job done to our satisfaction. He was thorough in his inspections and in his applications. The lady with a NJ accent who took my initial ‘800’ call and set up the appointment for today also was very professional and fun to talk with.

The guy was very friendly and very efficient I had no problems at all. The only issue is I'm a widow and it's kinda pricey for me. But we've been a customer for several years .my son Anthony Parks has used you guys for almost 16 years.

We had a serious bird problem at our house. They were nesting in the eaves above the garage, next to our upstairs dormer, by the front porch…they were everywhere. I googled places and typical pest control didn’t seem to be the right fit. I had one guy that came out to quote me for the job (from another company) and he said some bizarre stuff that made me scratch my head and then his prices were high. When I finally found critter control, they were quick to come to my house and assess the situation. It was determined that all gaps in the eaves needed to be sealed up because of the number of birds…if we sealed up a few, they’d find the others and move. They came out within a week or so and removed nests, they cleaned the area, they went into my attic and disinfected, and then installed the flashing to block further nesting. I was impressed they were using flashing and also painting it to match our house paint. The previous guy who had the sketchy ideas and prices said he was going to use foam so this seemed like a better long term solution. Critter Controls work has a built in guarantee. You can also do monthly checks where they come out to ensure there’s no more activity. I’ve been very happy with this company and will not hesitate to call in the future if we have any other animal issues.

Pretty good experience other than one of the serviceman never responded to a text about a bunch of rodents caught in traps. Every other serviceman who came out to my house has been wonderful, and had great communication and helpful advice

Rhiannon M. via google

We needed a termite inspection to close on our VA mortgage for our lender. I filled out my information online on the Terminix website. I was surprised to get a text message from Mark, the technician, that he was on the way and will be at my home in 20 min when no one reached out to scheduled an appointment with me. It's a good thing my husband was home. Mark was very knowledgeable and friendly. We got the document needed for our lender and it only cost $175, which is very reasonable. If you need a termite inspection for a mortgage closing, Terminix is awesome. Beware when filling out info on the website, they will show up without warning.
