I have no problem with the men that come and do the spraying It’s the fact that your you’re in capable of having the same technician come and take care of our house, and when it was A Plus Bugs, we could pretty much count on it being the same guy. No I did receive a phone call letting me know that Jon was off doing the end. Dimitri would be here. He’s a very nice man. I have no problem with that but my mother is elderly and we like consistency of the same people. That’s my issue with you as a Big conglomerate.

When the tech showed up he walked me through things that helped the most and then sprayed everywhere he could inside and outside. And then immediately he started seeing scorpions come out and so he sprayed a wider area of poison and I've never been happier. I have a 2 year old around so knowing they are doing the best they can to get rid of scorpions helps me sleep at night.

I called orkin because I was having issues with small roaches and was disgusted by it. Orkin came out in the same week and the tech was awesome! Went over how bugs were getting in, what we could do to avoid the bugs, as well as treated the house plus more. Our tech was Alfonzo and he was great!! He will be back in 2 weeks so do some more bait stations in the house. We really appreciate the tech! Will be recommending this company and definitely Alfonzo to all our friends. Thank you!

Wildlife was not present during any service performed by Orkin Critter Control. They sprayed the yard with something they said made grubs taste bad to skunks. They set up a trap. They checked the trap consistently, baited it, and moved it to attempt to capture it at different entry points. It is difficult to gauge their effectiveness, but they did not fail any of their promises.

They warranty their work and don't mind getting out to make sure everything is still looking good when you call. Pretty good customer service as well, I always enjoy having them aside from the reason ? …

Have moles or gophers? These guys can get rid of them and keep them from coming back.

We had a serious bird problem at our house. They were nesting in the eaves above the garage, next to our upstairs dormer, by the front porch…they were everywhere. I googled places and typical pest control didn’t seem to be the right fit. I had one guy that came out to quote me for the job (from another company) and he said some bizarre stuff that made me scratch my head and then his prices were high. When I finally found critter control, they were quick to come to my house and assess the situation. It was determined that all gaps in the eaves needed to be sealed up because of the number of birds…if we sealed up a few, they’d find the others and move. They came out within a week or so and removed nests, they cleaned the area, they went into my attic and disinfected, and then installed the flashing to block further nesting. I was impressed they were using flashing and also painting it to match our house paint. The previous guy who had the sketchy ideas and prices said he was going to use foam so this seemed like a better long term solution. Critter Controls work has a built in guarantee. You can also do monthly checks where they come out to ensure there’s no more activity. I’ve been very happy with this company and will not hesitate to call in the future if we have any other animal issues.
