Great experience! When talking to the call center to set an appt, she was very chatty and easy to talk to. Very pleasant! They give you reminders the day before your appt as well. Then the guy showed up promptly and easily explained what was going on that he’s noticed and his plan of action. After he left, I got an email with his notes showing what he used, how it worked, and how long it takes to see results. Also stated that after the time line he laid out, I still had the problem to call us back out for another treatment free of charge. The whole team communicates well and seems to be a well oiled machine

The associate that handled the yellow jacket nest in my wall, was great! He was confident, professional , fearless and informative. I hope I never see him again, but will definitely call if I have another situation I cannot handle.

They explained everything over the phone and answered all the questions I had..When I Orkin tech showed up at my house, she answered all the new questions I had. And the Tech explained everything in detail since it was a little over 20 years and a different place since I had used them before. No mess, no stinky sprays, and didn't have to worry about my cat getting into anything or getting sick. I just sat back after I explained where my problem areas were and the Tech got right to it. We recently had a pest issue and this was my first time using Terminix. My inspector Sean was great. He was very knowledgeable and courteous,explained everything in detail when I had questions about the service and how it works. A really nice guy. My technician was Leslie and she was awesome. She explained everything to me and answered any questions that I had. She reassured me every step of the way. Also ,gave me tips.

I have used Terminex since I moved in 2017. We have had a few techs over the years and they have all been generally good. Darren has been servicing our address for over a year now and is excellent! His communication is good and comes right out if we need him in between our quartet service visits.

Their service was more than I could ever imagine I'm very satisfied. The technician was professional and nice and explained everything before she treated my home. After treatment there is no evidence of any of the fleas that were such a problem before. I would definitely recommend terminix to all my friends.

The technician was great. The technician did text me the day before to say what time frame she would be there but normally the day of the appointment I get a message saying they're on their way and I didn't receive that. I didn't get an automated response telling me she was on her way so we weren't prepared cuz we feed cats outside and needed to put the food and water away before she put the treatment outside. That was the only issue I had. She said she's been having issues with her communication and had told your company about it.

Tech that does our service is always great. Friendly and willing to work with us every time. Company itself is absolutely horrid. No communication, never on the same page. They schedule appointments months in advance and then change them without telling you. Went months where they would confirm our appointment and no one would show up as the tech had no idea we even had an appointment. My family has been a customer for over 30 years and it has been that way the whole time.

I have a bi-level home w/ ENORMOUS WOLF SPIDERS in my garage that connects to my bottom living room, while we have not completely eradicated the issue yet, my reason for leaving a review is really about my technician, Dominique Day. He is amazing. He is so friendly, helpful, professional, and always on time. I think he deserves recognition from leadership. I will continue to use Ehrlich, even though we haven not fully resolved my spider issue, because of Dominique.

My service tech is awesome. He makes sure my home is pest free. Only thing I don’t care for is the scheduling tool they have moved to. Sometimes a 2-3 day notice isn’t the most convenient to schedule around. It would be ideal if when my service tech was leaving we could discuss a mutually convenient time to schedule ahead.

We had Chris today who can by and he was so polite and great. Actually, all of the people from your company that came by were excellent!
