we were experiencing black ants,stink bugs, mice and spiders this spring and last winter and while out in the yard gardening a young man named Seth from Fox exterminators approached and told me all about their services. because they were in the area working He worked up a quote which i found very reasonable and sent his field service tech soon after( within the hour ) to do the first of a quarterly treatment to my yard eves and other areas around the perimeter. Both were very polite and very eager to communicate every aspect ( they texted before the service then sent a detailed text about everything they found and responded with during the treatment. So far we are pleased!

I have been using Fox pest control for a little over a year now. They are so friendly, kind and professional. Every technician that has come here has been awesome. They also came almost immediately when I called them and told them I found a bee infestation when I tore my siding off. They came right away when I called. It wasn't a scheduled monthly service either. I am so impressed with the service they provide, the customer service, and every technician that has been here has been amazing. They do such a great job, and the service providers a such a joy to interact with. Very friendly, kind and professional. I am extremely pleased with the company and highly recommend them to everyone.

Fox Pest Control came highly recommended to me from a friend and I can see why! They are very efficient and thorough. Explain things well and do a great job. I signed on with Fox Pest Control in Fall 2024 after battling an ant infestation from early Spring. It took 2 separate applications and to date, I haven't had an issue. Ashley, the Tech is great. She did a thorough application inside and outside my property. So far, I'm very pleased.

Orking, listen and send someone is quick as I was available. It cost a little higher than what I expected. The woman on the phone told me everything. That would be included in the service. When Eric showed he was very friendly and professional. When I told him what the woman on the phone told me he would be doing, he said that was incorrect. I was upset, but he did go above and beyond to help and explain what he did would work. Thank you to Eric!

The customer service I received was great. The young man (I'll call him J) was professional and very communicative. He explained the process and went over outcomes.

I have yet to review the effectiveness of the pest treatment plan, however, my salesman, Kiefer Hartmann, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He did a thorough job of explaining the whole process and contract. He even promptly replied to my text with an additional question that I had. My technician, Daquan Hill was also very polite, pleasant and efficient in his work. He asked me specifically about any problem areas that needed attending to and provided a thorough email with pictures describing what was done. I was very impressed by them both!

Had a great experience with representative Chris Bordenave. We were dealing with a gross rodent and squirrel situation at a home in Depew. He was very courteous, professional, friendly, took lots of photos of the situation, was on-time for the appointments and even went back to the property on his own time. He also didn't try to sell us things we didn't need and was very honest about how much work really needed to be done. His kind manner, customer service, and professionalism really stood out among other companies we had providing estimates for the work. Highly recommend!

I have a bi-level home w/ ENORMOUS WOLF SPIDERS in my garage that connects to my bottom living room, while we have not completely eradicated the issue yet, my reason for leaving a review is really about my technician, Dominique Day. He is amazing. He is so friendly, helpful, professional, and always on time. I think he deserves recognition from leadership. I will continue to use Ehrlich, even though we haven not fully resolved my spider issue, because of Dominique.

My service tech is awesome. He makes sure my home is pest free. Only thing I don’t care for is the scheduling tool they have moved to. Sometimes a 2-3 day notice isn’t the most convenient to schedule around. It would be ideal if when my service tech was leaving we could discuss a mutually convenient time to schedule ahead.

We had Chris today who can by and he was so polite and great. Actually, all of the people from your company that came by were excellent!
