Fox Pest Control is everything they claim to be. I have no problems with pests around, or in my home. The technicians who perform the work are very professional and courteous. They always ask if there are any problem areas that concern us, and they stick to their offer to return anytime as needed. I feel that I pay a little more, but I get everything I pay for and then some! They are much better and more reliable than many other companies out there in a variety of services.

Very happy with Fox Pest Control! They can be a little pricey, however, for me, they are well worth it. If they need to come back to treat an issue, they do so, quickly and with no extra fees. If a new issue comes up, they respond quickly, sending a tech out fast. Chris Clark, tech assigned to my account, is wonderful. He communicates, he listens (not just hear) to what I have to say, he understands, talks about the issue to help me understand better, explains the treatment he is going to apply. THank you Chris!

Awesome company! They did a wonderful job on my rental. The previous tenant left it rodent infested. Fox technicians really worked to rid them. I would highly recommend them! 👌

Chris Clark was very patient while I had to retain my 10-month old black lab so that I could greet him at the door. He was accommodating and understanding. When I asked if he would mind trying again to socialize with the dog for just one minute he had no problem. He then went about his business of taking care of the pet control he came to do. The 2 technicians sent here were fabulous. I’m watching my nephews who are 7 and 5 and they took them through the process and they were so excited. It was a very professional and great experience. Kudos to both of them but especially Dennis who even swept my floor.

Jessica and her team at Orkin were so professional, helpful and fast when I needed work done to my property’s attic. Jessica was fantastic to work with from start to finish, always responded quickly and answered ALL of my questions. The work was done in one day, with a follow up to ensure everything was properly insulated and sealed. I will definitely be using Orkin for future pest control and maintenance treatments.

Louis was great. Walked us through every step. Orkin as a whole did a great job of communicating with us through the whole process. Showed up exactly when they said they would. Louis even took the time out to call us when he was on his way.

New update: tech Curtis came today told me he had come the day i had my second appointment and that it just lined up with 30 minute i wasn’t home. Today he also knocked out a couple of things inside that i wanted to get sprayed which was helpful he was kind and professional. My only advice would be if no one’s home leave some kind of proof that the job was done or their was at least an attempt to. Terrible start two times techs have been scheduled and no one showed. I’m taking off time from work to be there for the appointment and no one is showing up. They’ve also already charged me.

Fast and effective. Bees appear to be gone. Even though it was not an issue I addressed. Covering the house perimeter was included and it solved my ant problem.

I have a bi-level home w/ ENORMOUS WOLF SPIDERS in my garage that connects to my bottom living room, while we have not completely eradicated the issue yet, my reason for leaving a review is really about my technician, Dominique Day. He is amazing. He is so friendly, helpful, professional, and always on time. I think he deserves recognition from leadership. I will continue to use Ehrlich, even though we haven not fully resolved my spider issue, because of Dominique.

My service tech is awesome. He makes sure my home is pest free. Only thing I don’t care for is the scheduling tool they have moved to. Sometimes a 2-3 day notice isn’t the most convenient to schedule around. It would be ideal if when my service tech was leaving we could discuss a mutually convenient time to schedule ahead.

We had Chris today who can by and he was so polite and great. Actually, all of the people from your company that came by were excellent!
