Fox Pest Control has been wonderful. On numerous occasions I have raised questions and concerns about anything from mice to carpenter ants to yellow jackets. They have been able to assist with all of it. When I was first approached by Fox, I was not a fan of their pushy sales tactics and methods. Door-to-door sales isn't something my generation cares to experience. But I promise you, their knowledge makes up for it and I am so glad we started using them for regular service.

Since I became a customer, I have experienced excellent service with Fox. Jeremy has been my main technician for my home and it has been great to be able to have the consistency of someone familiar with the services I receive. He works hard and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of while keeping mindful awareness of trap & treatment placement, etc so that my dogs are out of harms way. My schedule isn't always the easiest to accommodate, and Jeremy works with me whenever possible to make sure the job gets done.

Shan with the neighborhood crew was awesome! I had an idea what i wanted to do and did my research prior. It happened he was in my neighborhood again and I had the opportunity to speak with him. I told him what I wanted and he made it happen and I feel I got a fair service price and quick/ easy transaction. Thank you - DO GOOD BE GOOD!

We had a bees nest in our front yard on a tree. I called and on the same day they were here, removed the nest, and conditioned the entire house outside to prevent the bees from setting up house elsewhere. Extremely professional, courteous & the situation was completed the same day! 08/27/2024 another bees nest was found hiding in a pile of rocks near our garage. Called Fox yesterday and Mike Diederich was here this morning to take care of this one. Very knowledgeable, professional and respectful of our property. I would highly recommend Fox Pest control to anyone with insect issues inside or outside of their home.

Had a great experience with Allan and Fox overall. To be honest our initial encounter with the first employee that came to our house twice was sub par, and their attitude and professionalism in the second visit and third (which was a no show) were not what we expected of a highly regarded company. However, the only reason for our 5 star review following the experience with that employee was the responsiveness and understanding of the customer service reps and Allan. We explained the issue to Allan and where we believed the major issues were in the house that were allowing the immediate issue to perpetuate. He tended to everything we asked and was extremely professional and meticulous. Since he came and fixed what we had asked from the jump to be fixed we have not had any issues. Fox gave us a clear cut approach and very affordable price for their services and home protection plan. It is also nice that they will come for whatever service is needed in between the initial and seasonal/quarterly visits. Thanks to Allan, our major issue has been resolved at this point.

Any time I have a concern, even between regular scheduled visits, Terminix is quick to come out and resolve any issues. Also my regular technician, Najee Collins-Coleman shows a genuine concern for our particular needs. He is always helpful and answers any questions we have.

Your technician was great. Very nice helpful, but the consumer service is another thing when I call them they don't know any thing they give me the wrong information, they tell me that they are going to do one thing and don't. When I was to to speak with a manger she told me that she is not going to hand the phone over to her manger.

Inspector arrived on time and entered my home wearing protective booties. He assessed the situation and provided a reasonable quote to address the issue, without trying to upsell other services. The technician arrived on time the next day. He removed his boots when entering my home and only placed them on when he was near the attic. He was very thorough with the removal and completed the job as needed.

My first experience ever with Terminix and it was a great one. The first interaction was with Bruno who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when I had follow up questions. My second interaction was with Brian who explained what was going to be accomplished during his visit. He was extremely knowledgeable and efficient.

I have a bi-level home w/ ENORMOUS WOLF SPIDERS in my garage that connects to my bottom living room, while we have not completely eradicated the issue yet, my reason for leaving a review is really about my technician, Dominique Day. He is amazing. He is so friendly, helpful, professional, and always on time. I think he deserves recognition from leadership. I will continue to use Ehrlich, even though we haven not fully resolved my spider issue, because of Dominique.

My service tech is awesome. He makes sure my home is pest free. Only thing I don’t care for is the scheduling tool they have moved to. Sometimes a 2-3 day notice isn’t the most convenient to schedule around. It would be ideal if when my service tech was leaving we could discuss a mutually convenient time to schedule ahead.

We had Chris today who can by and he was so polite and great. Actually, all of the people from your company that came by were excellent!
