Made me feel welcomed and not like they were just trying to get me out of there with a sale. The best thing about them was that they were Las Vegas locals and did not have to call some corporate office to get information. Will definitely be calling them to start service early next week. Tent came in and was very friendly and professional. Inspection did not feel rushed and Trent was happy to answer any questions I had. Went above and beyond to provide tips even if we didn’t use the service. Has been very responsive to texts and check ins. 10/10 would recommend.

I wish they will hand to the new customer a simple booklet with some question the customer have in mind, like: 1. How long do I have to wait for mapping the floors after the first service.? 2. What is the best product to use for mapping my floor after the first service? 3. Do I still need to wash my bed cloths and dried in high temperature? 4. It is normal to have a few bites between the first and second service? 5. OTHER QUESTIONS’

The Henderson NV team has been very helpful setting my service. they have great customer service. You can work directly with a person in your area I have Tina she has gone out of her way to help me understand my services and the process. I have met my new bug technician not sure what you call them very nice very thorough and answer any questions that I had, I also noticed that I have very little to none red ants and grasshoppers around my area since I started the service ??

I have a bimonthly service with Orkin just to come spray around my house to proactively prevent pests. My usual tech Rafael always texts me to let me know when he's on his way so I can close our doggy door and keep our pups on the house while he sprays. If I ever do need something done inside he's always willing to do that. And if, in between scheduled service calls we have an issue, like the couple of times we noticed ants in our yard they'll send someone out immediately to address that specific issue without any additional fee. Very satisfied with our service.

We were using pest control solutions and they were great the first couple years however moving into our new home we had issues with bugs. The quality of the products used were not strong enough to keep the bugs and insects from our backyard and house. We finally made the switch with Orkin. We are so thankful we did. Just did a complete remodel and I noticed three large roaches in my home and I FREAKED! I called Orkin and Andrew came out and educated me and assured me that my home shows no signs of any pest infestation. He quickly and thoroughly sprayed the inside and outside perimeters of my home. Jacob with Critter control was amazing! He was here with in 15mins we called for a baby rattle snake outside our sliding door. If you need any critter removed call them!!!

Jacob is truly a gem for this company! His customer service was exemplary! He took the time to get precise measurements, take pictures and thoroughly explain the process of extraction of the pigeons that took residence under our solar panels. Jacob was awesome. He gave us a fair and honest estimate on spikes to put on my roof to ward off the pigeons. He was very punctual and made sure we were satisfied with the work after it was completed. Definitely would recommend him.

Agent called and told us what time he would be here at our home. He was on time and let us know he was here and to make inspection on our home outside. Very courteous and quickly made inspection of our home.

The technician James Ingram has been providing tremendous jobs. He is the reason why we stay with Terminix. When we request the service, he always lets us know when he is on the way and asks for our concerns. He finds the root cause of the issue and solves it out! I love the way he takes care of our issues like his own. He is responsible, professional, and very kind. We know and feel that he really cares. The other representatives when we call for a service are very nice too! All of them are very professional and friendly every time we call. I highly recommend Terminix!

Ledarius Johnson is always very professional but also approachable. It is easy to relay my pest control concerns to him without ever feeling judged. He is always very knowledgeable and helpful with ways to help reduce pests in my home. Also anytime I have to call and speak with someone on the phone I have always gotten a very friendly person. Not one single bad experience with Terminix yet after being a customer for 17 months.

Terminix's inspections are timely scheduled.
