This is my second home using Western Exterminator. I've been a customer for over 20 years. My service is every other month on the exterior - front and back yard. I have had the interior done maybe 3 times! Occasionally I've had a little ant problem in the backyard but it's always due to the weather. They have always taken care of any issues, even if it's between my normal service! They've come out at no extra charge. Very reliable company, very good employees!

The same exterminator came by that I have worked with in the past. He was very nice. He checked an additional area in the house to make sore out wasn't new damage, it wasn't. He was very professional and pleasant.

We had a personable efficient tech today. But the previous 3 appts were cancelled causing us to question continuing with this company. We’ll see what happens with the next appt.

I would like to give this company a 5 star.I called the company regarding a wasp problem. They sent out an account mgr. the very next day. Chris H. did an inspection found 9 wasp nest. He was very professionally, knowledgeable, and informative. Also, so very friendly and a nice guy. He treated the problem. We signed up for the quarterly service. Which takes care of wasp. I highly recommend this company. This continuation of my review. Brian the technician came out to remove all 9 wasp nest. In the process he found one more. He was able to treat this nest immediately. Chris and Matt went the extra mile to solve my problem. Chris did the walk-through inspection and explained in detail everything. Chris and Matt were very professional and patient. Making sure that everything was taken care of. They answered ALL my questions. They even found an issue that I was not contemplating. Chris and Matt make you feel like a friend not just like one more client. PETS and ENVIRONMENT He took into consideration that I want to get rid of any rodents, but not to harm the lizards that live in my backyard. He also made sure that the traps were secure enough so my VERY curious dog would not have access to them. They also use hi-tech to monitor any issue. If you have any vermin problems, contact them you will not regret it.

Service guy was very attentive while here. He was very accommodating as I have dogs who do not like bug guys. My service person called back within two weeks to ensure that everything was good and I was not having any problems. That was awesome. This is the normal type of service I get from Orkin And it is appreciated.

Jacob is truly a gem for this company! His customer service was exemplary! He took the time to get precise measurements, take pictures and thoroughly explain the process of extraction of the pigeons that took residence under our solar panels. Jacob was awesome. He gave us a fair and honest estimate on spikes to put on my roof to ward off the pigeons. He was very punctual and made sure we were satisfied with the work after it was completed. Definitely would recommend him.

I’m living in a terrible apartment complex in Cypress TX who has worked with several different pest control companies for the complex. Víctor Serranato has stepped in and has taken control of the complex in a short amount of time. The first day in my unit he moved the appliances and found the source of the issue, a big gap in the wall where the roaches were coming from. No other company has done this, they simply treated the area but never found the source! I am so happy with his services, Victor is efficient at his job and very knowledgeable! Vincent services our property this morning. We always get a text that he is on his way and wants to know if any concerns before arriving to spray at our single story property.
