I enjoyed meeting Misael. He was very polite and when I told him about certain things coming through the kitchen window he assured me he would dust around them and the doors. A very good job!

I was very happy with the overall service. Stephen Moser was very friendly and competent. He explained to me exactly what was going on and what he was going to do remedy the situation. I have other services and technicians come to my house and he was by far the best. It is one of the factors that will have me stay with Fox.

The tech, Misael, revisited my home after a week to see if the traps showed activity. He also rechecked other areas. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. He was quick to pick up my concern with any products used and my dog. From setting up the service to the tech visit, Fox was easy to work with and gave exceptional service.

I had a wasp nest on the ceiling of my porch and a wasp nest in the left upper corner of the garage door. I called Orkin and the representative was totally professional, explained everything about the treatment to me and scheduled the appointment for service at my convenience. The service person arrived within the scheduled time frame, and had actually texted me 1/2 hour before arrival, when he was leaving the previous appointment an coming to my home. The service person examined my home and identified the areas that needed treatment. He explained why he was going to do and he was extremely knowledgeable, professional and neat, cleaning up the debris when he knocked down the wasp nest in the trash bag I gave him. As he promised, he called me when the service was complete (a job of about 15 min) and explained that no wasps ha escaped and none were flying around. Orkin really shows that they value their customers and provide excellent service.

We just moved into a new home and there are spiders in the basement. When O called yesterday the woman who answered the phone was lovely!! She was able to schedule an appointment the next day. Jonathan came today and treated the area inside and outside. He went into the crawl space in the attic too. He explained everything and ensured we were happy with the treatment. Highly recommend!

Mr Ernest D. Service my property yesterday, July 23, 2024. He was thorough and he made sure all of our needs were addressed. He even found a hole in the siding where squirrels were starting to eat away. This resulted in our ability to get this taken care of before the squirrels got in. we really appreciate his class service

I've been a long-term customer of the company, but don't know that each of the products are effective. Regarding the termite treatment. When I purchased my home 15+ years ago, there was evidence of termites on the exterior. According to the inspections, there is no longer any evidence. The reps come regularly to check the bait stations. The mosquito treatment does not seem to be effective. We could not be in the yard or outside for an extended period due to the flying pest. I think that the spray used attracted them. My neighbors didn't seem to have the same issues. As a precaution, I also get the pest treatment. No news is good news, I guess. There has been no evidence of creepy crawlers or silverfish. I appreciate that the company is very responsive and attentive. The reps are timely and the service workers and representatives are polite and empathetic.

I can’t say enough great things about Terminix and specifically my service tech Jamar Ross. He gave me his cell number on one of his first service calls and never makes me feel bad for reaching out to him directly. I’ve had several emergency situations with wasps over the last month and he literally drops everything to come help me. Poor man is probably regretting giving me his number! Jamar is truly my life saver!!

Jamar Ross is fantastic! He's very knowledgeable, great with advice, always very responsive and even checks in with us to make sure we're all set. Any time we've had a question - be it scheduling or admin-related, or pest-related - we just reach out to him. He gets our needs addressed quickly, and always has a patient ear. Can’t say much yet about the effectiveness of the treatment for moles. Our first treatment was just 2 days ago. However, the service & communication so far has been great!

We had a raccoon in the attic and needed attention immediately. I called Critter Control and they were out by the next day. The team of workers were knowledgeable, kind and a pleasure to work with. The raccoon is gone and my house is sealed up..thank you Southern NJ Critter Control!
