They will knock and announce thier arrival and let you know what service is being done and anwser any questions you have and report back to the necessary Department to address the issue on the next visit or if needed ASAP.

I enjoyed meeting Misael. He was very polite and when I told him about certain things coming through the kitchen window he assured me he would dust around them and the doors. A very good job!

I was very happy with the overall service. Stephen Moser was very friendly and competent. He explained to me exactly what was going on and what he was going to do remedy the situation. I have other services and technicians come to my house and he was by far the best. It is one of the factors that will have me stay with Fox.

For our first service today, Stephen was here. He heard us out and dealt with our problems. It was wonderful to have an "Adult" who is capable and conscientious about his profession. The tech, Misael, revisited my home after a week to see if the traps showed activity. He also rechecked other areas. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. He was quick to pick up my concern with any products used and my dog. From setting up the service to the tech visit, Fox was easy to work with and gave exceptional service.

I had a wasp nest on the ceiling of my porch and a wasp nest in the left upper corner of the garage door. I called Orkin and the representative was totally professional, explained everything about the treatment to me and scheduled the appointment for service at my convenience. The service person arrived within the scheduled time frame, and had actually texted me 1/2 hour before arrival, when he was leaving the previous appointment an coming to my home. The service person examined my home and identified the areas that needed treatment. He explained why he was going to do and he was extremely knowledgeable, professional and neat, cleaning up the debris when he knocked down the wasp nest in the trash bag I gave him. As he promised, he called me when the service was complete (a job of about 15 min) and explained that no wasps ha escaped and none were flying around. Orkin really shows that they value their customers and provide excellent service.

We just moved into a new home and there are spiders in the basement. When O called yesterday the woman who answered the phone was lovely!! She was able to schedule an appointment the next day. Jonathan came today and treated the area inside and outside. He went into the crawl space in the attic too. He explained everything and ensured we were happy with the treatment. Highly recommend!

Mr Ernest D. Service my property yesterday, July 23, 2024. He was thorough and he made sure all of our needs were addressed. He even found a hole in the siding where squirrels were starting to eat away. This resulted in our ability to get this taken care of before the squirrels got in. we really appreciate his class service

Our technician, Cecilio Rodriguez, was outstanding. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained our situation, identified potential causes for the bugs, and offered effective solutions to prevent them from returning. Cecilio also outlined what to expect during future visits. We feel fortunate to have had him help us!

The salesman Gerald was very helpful in explaining the service. Josh the technician was incredibly intelligent and informative about what was needed to treat the bed bugs and what the next steps would be. Both workers went above and beyond in customer service satisfaction

Tim was very knowledgeable and helpful with the setup and booking. Outside issues was the call centers having to reschedule 3 tes which almost made me book elsewhere because it was over a month and was not happy .But Tim came in and fixed everything up and help make this experience 1000 times better. Will def recommend Tim for others to reach out too.

I waited since my first service on 07/19 /24 & a couple days to come on here not just write a review but a HONEST one. I want to give credit from the beginning of my call the customer service over the phone was extremely helpful I called other exterminator but the 3rd time they say it’s a charm & it was I was able to be heard with my concern of fleas in my apartment. Steven and Tim came out to perform the job & let me tell you they gave me & my daughters and mother a peace of sanity , if they’re around those suckers I sure don’t see them & yet they’re probably the eggs to get rid of but even with they’re instruction & chemical I’m certain the job was extremely taken care the right way. My youngest 2 year old was the host for those annoying little creature now she hasn’t not been bitten neither I. So thank you for the time & services ! They will be coming back to check again I can’t wait to thank them again gratefully in person.

5 star rating for this company! The communication is fantastic. I can always get a hold of someone and get my questions answered in a timely manner. They were completely upfront with they had to do at our property and arrived on time. Can’t say enough!

Can’t say much yet about the effectiveness of the treatment for moles. Our first treatment was just 2 days ago. However, the service & communication so far has been great!

We had a raccoon in the attic and needed attention immediately. I called Critter Control and they were out by the next day. The team of workers were knowledgeable, kind and a pleasure to work with. The raccoon is gone and my house is sealed up..thank you Southern NJ Critter Control!
