The fact that they do come unsolicited to your door and will still try and sell you products even after you’re paying a monthly fee is definitely not great. That being said, every tech I’ve had out to my house has been very knowledgeable, professional and took the time needed to get the job done well and asked me if there were any concerns I’ve had. I’ve also had them out a few times free of charge and it’s been working out good. So they’re probably not going to be your cheapest option but so far I’ve felt good about my purchase. It does not feel they are out to scam you.
Brendan C. via googleReuben was absolutely fantastic! Best person we have had come to our home for pest control in a very long time!! He let us know he was at the house, was extremely polite, and went above and beyond when we had questions! We hope he becomes our regular guy that comes from Fox Pest to our house!!
Jennifer O. via googleBee’s Nest Removed Paul was very polite and personable. Paul identified the bee’s nest and the type of bees inside and explained the process he would be following to remove the large nest from a tree very close to our house. He answered all my questions and even walked around my house with me to assure me there were no other bees taking up residence anywhere. My son and I watch from a bedroom window as he removed the nest and it was exactly as he had explained. We were shocked to see the amount of bees that came charging out of that nest when he sprayed inside it and as he had advised they were VERY ANGRY! It took 4 or five good whacks to get it out of the tree and it came down in one large piece with other smaller pieces. Paul cleared the area of all the debris and advised we stay away from the area for 3-4 days so any bees that had been living in that nest had plenty of time to relocate. There were many very agitated bees still zipping around the tree area for a couple hours after. We are steering clear until the weekend. I let a neighbor whose yard abuts that area know as well so they would stay away. While I do not wish to have any more nests that need to be removed, knowing I can call Fox and ask for Paul eases my mind should we need this service again. He is a very confident and reassuring technician and put my mind at ease over an issue that had me very concerned. Thank you, Lisa

on Rodent and Wildlife ControlWe have used Terminex for 20 years. In that time we have had two technicians (the first one retired), and they were both very caring professionals who work hard to try to solve issues.
Elizabeth C. B. via googleWe have had a contract with Terminix for many years and have always had a great experience. We initially contacted them when we had large ants in our home. They come out every few months to spray around our house to try to prevent ants and other insects from getting inside. I had to call recently after we found a few wasps in our kitchen. I let them know that I wanted to move out of my house, and they kindly scheduled an additional treatment as soon as possible. The technician who came to our home was kind and friendly, and he listened to my concerns. He took my concerns and fear seriously, and he thoroughly checked for nests in our yard and nearby trees in our neighborhood. I truly appreciate the quick response from Terminix and the compassion of our technician.
Veronica D. via googleContacted Terminix based upon local recommendations for rodent control. Inspection was quickly scheduled with Daniel onsite including a quote. Agreed on scope of work, and his crew came by the next day. Rapid immediate service. Mark and team sealed off any exterior entry points around the house foundation including 2 bait stations, and placed bait and traps inside the home. Home has been rodent free for 10 days. Followup visit will occur this week at day 14. Thorough, systematic, effective so far. Thank you.

Rosa O. via googlePositive: Professionalism , Quality , Value Always call in advance and arrive promptly. We chose them because a family member had good things to say about their service (of several years) When we moved to the current house we first called the business that had been servicing it. No show, no, call, nothing. That made for an easy choice. Services: Termite inspection , Ant extermination

What Pests Are Included in the Service
When selecting a pest control plan, it's essential to know which pests are covered. Generally, these services include protection against a variety of common pests such as ants, cockroaches, spiders, mice, and more. However, not all pests are covered under standard plans. For instance, termites, bed bugs, and certain species of spiders might require specialized treatment plans. When considering pest control, clarify with the service provider which pests are included to avoid any surprises.
Understanding Contracts and Agreements
Most pest control services require a contract or service agreement. This could mean committing to a year-long plan with the potential for penalties if you cancel early. On the bright side, many companies offer the ability to cancel service without a penalty within a short period after the initial treatment. Always read the fine print and understand the terms before signing on the dotted line.
The Assurance of Guarantees
A robust pest control plan usually comes with a guarantee, ensuring peace of mind for homeowners. If pests return between treatments, most companies will offer additional service at no extra cost. This guarantee is a testament to the company's confidence in its services and provides a safety net for your investment in a pest-free home.
What to Expect During a Treatment
When technicians arrive for a pest control treatment, they'll typically inspect the property, identify problem areas, and apply the appropriate treatments both inside and outside your home. They may also offer advice on preventive measures to keep pests at bay. The aim is to disrupt the pest life cycle and reduce the chances of a future infestation.
Savings with Bundling and Add-On Services
Bundling services can lead to significant savings. Some pest control companies offer discounts when you combine services such as pest and termite control. Add-on services might include mosquito treatment or wildlife control, which are often not covered in standard plans but can be added for an additional fee.
Tackling Specialty Pests
Certain pests, such as termites, bed bugs, and rodents, require specialized treatment plans. Not all general pest control services cover these, so it may be necessary to seek out a provider that offers targeted treatments for these more challenging infestations.
Choosing Between One-Time and Recurring Services
Some homeowners may prefer a one-time treatment for a specific issue, while others might opt for an ongoing service to prevent pests from returning. One-time services tend to be more expensive per visit but don't require a long-term commitment. Recurring services, on the other hand, provide continual protection against pests, often with the added benefit of reduced per-visit costs over time.
