I have a bi-level home w/ ENORMOUS WOLF SPIDERS in my garage that connects to my bottom living room, while we have not completely eradicated the issue yet, my reason for leaving a review is really about my technician, Dominique Day. He is amazing. He is so friendly, helpful, professional, and always on time. I think he deserves recognition from leadership. I will continue to use Ehrlich, even though we haven not fully resolved my spider issue, because of Dominique.

My service tech is awesome. He makes sure my home is pest free. Only thing I don’t care for is the scheduling tool they have moved to. Sometimes a 2-3 day notice isn’t the most convenient to schedule around. It would be ideal if when my service tech was leaving we could discuss a mutually convenient time to schedule ahead.

We had Chris today who can by and he was so polite and great. Actually, all of the people from your company that came by were excellent! We also had another guy named Darrell that came by a few months ago and he was just so knowledgeable and just a great guy! Please let them know that they did a really awesome job! Thank you!!!

Had extensive damage in our crawlspace from moisture and rodent problems. Got in contact with Orkin and set up an inspection to see what it was going to take to get it fixed. David came out and did a very thorough inspection and showed me pictures of the damage in the crawlspace and different options on repairing it. Once a plan was decided, the guys at Orkin came out and spent lots of time repairing everything and encapsulating our crawlspace. This project took almost a month due to all the damage that had been done but the guys at Orkin got it done. Our crawlspace is now clean and the problem before is no longer. David and his guys at Orkin are very professional and get the job done right. Plan on continuing business with Orkin for all of our pest control needs!

For some reason had to do hard credit check to do payments to company. Still a good company despite that. Not a fan of pretty much taking out a loan for service.

I visited a building that had a bed bug infestation. I then started getting bites in my own home so I scheduled a free bed bug inspection. The tech Chris M. (Canton, MI) was extremely thorough in his evaluation. He is very knowledgeable and informative. Luckily he found no evidence of bed bugs. I appreciate his honesty tremendously. Very professional. A+ in my book

They inform you they are coming. You have the ability to cancel appointments. It is not a pressure service. Our service technician is very thorough and informative. I have a large home. He doesn’t miss a spot. Definitely recommend him and his companies services.

My technician was professional and courteous during his visit while I was working from home. He was very thorough throughout the house and took the time to explain what was happening and what to expect going forward. I enjoyed seeing him interact with my child and pup while he was here which shows he cares about his customers and I wasn't just another stop along his route.
