My technician with Orkin is Dawn. I have always appreciated her attention to detail and her overall work ethic. Dawn’s visit today wasn’t a typical one, as she spotted a snake near my basement sump pump. Luckily, the snake’s head was inside of an insect trap that Dawn replaces near the sump on her visits. I happened to be in the basement arranging a few things, when Dawn asked for some plastic trash bags. I went to the back area where she was & saw a huge black snake that was at least 4ft. long & 3 in. wide. I ran to get the trash bags, a broom & dust pan. Upon returning, Dawn began dropping her large sticky pads on him, placed the bags on the floor, and pushed him into the 1st bag, then the 2nd bag, as the snake began moving. Dawn took the final black bag, dropped him in & tied it. She then placed large sticky pads around the sump pump in case a snake were to come out of the top again. She also placed stickies in other areas in the back of the basement for peace of mind. I don’t believe other techs would have done what Dawn did that day. She was truly fearless and as calm as she could be in such a scary situation. Even though we’ve chatted about the pests & bee hives she has faced, I never expected it to happen to me. It is my hope that Orkin knows what they have in this technician, and that a large pay increase is in order for the work she does each time she steps into or around a customer’s home. If Orkin doesn’t step up and attempt to pay her for her worth; someone else just might. Thank you Dawn for all you do. I respect & appreciate the work that you do! Sincerely…..Joan

Our home was given an annual termite examination. We have a crawlspace sealed in reinforced barrier plastic because of heavy moisture. After the review some of the barrier had fallen, mouse droppings and mice caught in traps. We also have three dehumidifier machines in that area. However, they were Not Working and the inspectors could not determine when they stopped working and each must be replaced. Orkin originally installed them. The termite inspection became very costly not because of any infestation of termites but because of replacing dehumidifiers, shoring the barriers and labor. We are grateful the inspection occurred yet not so much because of additional expense.

My service tech today was Karl. Very pleasant, respectful and mannerism gentleman. He did a wonderful job spraying around the house. I’d like to recommend to have karl for all my service needs. Also, I am very satisfied with Orkins service. I also appreciate the text messages of my appointment ahead of time and same day of arrival. Very satisfied customer, thank you!

Dawn is my personal representative and what a joy she is. I received the ant and mosquito treatment. The inside of my home is fine, no complaints. The outside, well...me, Mother Nature and Orkin all need to chat. We are on our second treatment so let's see how it goes. But, Dawn is great!

I have been using Terminix for a few years and they have always been extremely helpful, only selling me needed services, very knowledgeable and professional. I originally had a problem with mice once my cat went across the rainbow bridge and they quickly took care of the issue. Since then I kept on the quarterly plan and Michael Gunter has been my technician. He is always so polite, caring about the bunnies always hiding under the deck and any other animals stopping by. He takes the time to explain what is happening in your house and yard and what to look for in the future. Always helpful and professional. Look forward to seeing him every quarter.

MICHAEL GUNTER is my technician. From the moment he arrived I was aware of my dogs behavior. I was rather floored. She did not love him per se but she was not barking, being protective or aggressive - as she has been known to do with most men in general. Her relaxed nature - not that I needed confirmation, but pet parents will tell you - animal intuition is extremely sensitive and she trusted this guy instantly. This may have nothing to do with extermination but in my mind it does. His authenticity comes across strongly. . He has a trustworthy nature. The dog agrees. Next - walking outside to examine my deck and patio, I was honestly blown away by his level of knowledge and incredible skills of observation as we walked around searching for and identifying a host of holes where carpenter bees have been being carpenter bees. Having to hire an exterminator is not any old thing - especially if they are going g to be in your house. Trust is important. For me, liking the person is important. I’m not in the habit of leaving reviews - especially not like this - unless service was I unusually outstanding or exceptionally bad. Pretty obvious - I kinda adored this guy. He’s smart, professional but very personable at the same time. He is very non-judgmental. MICHAEL already takes care of several homes in the area and enjoys a good reputation just by word of mouth. If I had any expectations of what it would be like working with him, I’d say he far exceeded them. I feel very fortunate to be working with him.

Reno Ali saved the day today! He arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable. His customer service was impeccable! He was thorough with his explanation and he made me feel comfortable in my home again. I highly recommend Reno for all of your pest control needs! Thank you Mr. Reno!

We had a middle of the night bug issue and they came out next day to assess and create a treatment plan. The techs were thorough, communicated everything we needed to know, and respectful of our home and privacy. One week later and no more bugs!

The excellent customer service provided by the techs. Miquel Walton, Logan, and James Mason have been excellent. Courteous and professional. I also like that I get a text message in advance with the time windows that they’ll arrive for service so I can prepare in advance. The report is also helpful with the temperature, the type of bugs and chemicals. I also appreciate the notice Terminix mails whenever there is a change in price for the services.

Took care of our problem the first time we called them, but then launch failure when we called a few years later. Promised to have someone call us back within the hour twice but never happened.

8/20/20 A few days ago I saw a groundhog eating green grass and minding it's own business on the school property of Luther Jackson Middle School. Evidently a family of groundhog has made its home on the school grounds. I have seen the cute animal in different areas of the football fields. Evidently the green grass and the water source makes this area a hot commodity. Today; however, all this has come to an end. I saw to bages with black bags to hold these animals. I don't know if they are alive or dead, but one way or another they are being transferred off of school grounds. How many groundhogs were living on school property? I do not know. The guy I met who seemed to be the manager said "the groundhogs would be transferred." Yeah, but to where? I enjoyed seeing some wildlife other than humans and dogs. It saddens me I won't see more of these furry little guys. Aside from this, the Critter Control d ij d their jobs.

Technican arrived on time and did a great job, but the price was high for the amount of work done.

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

Jordan has provided the most complete service since I’ve been a client. He even sprayed on my deck, which no one else has done. If these are new directions to the techs, hooray. If not, he did the best service. Thanks for putting him on my route.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.

We had a yellow jacket nest inside a dormer in our home and Ehrlich came out same day, an hour after calling once they opened in the morning. Came prepared...

Right on time... we did get ants back in the back of the house a couple of days later, and they are coming back out without attitude. Great customer service.

There's been many different pest control people to come thru and done NOTHING but this guy MR DETRICK went right to the problem and solved it he's very detailed he knows what to do customer service is 100 thanks.

Excellent customer service. I sent in an inquiry late one night and received a call from Jeff the next morning before I even had a chance to make coffee. My schedule is challenging this week and even though he had a packed schedule, he made time to come out to my house. Unfortunately I needed something out of their scope because it involved being on the roof, which they don't do. I hope I never have a need for any of their services, but if I do, they will definitely be my go to.

Ehrlich is fantastic! Insan Pribadi was very professional and did an amazing job removing a hornet's nest from our backyard. Have not had any problems with them and would definitely recommend to others :)
