Adam was great, came out, answered every question we had, and really knew his stuff about the science behind what he does and the products he uses. I don’t think I could have thrown him a question he couldn’t have answered. It was fast and easy, he didn’t try to sell me any gimmicks, and we feel peace of mind about our home!

I highly recommend Orkin. I called because I had seen a couple of bugs. They were quick and did excellent. Dom was amazing at making sure I knew the process. He went over and above to even get rid of wasp, I hadn't found the home and point of entry. He did and solved that issue. If you are unsure of who to use give them a call. They make sure you get it taken care of right the first time.

We've used Orkin for at least 5 years, probably longer. We live in a wooded area and there are plenty of spiders and other annoying bugs, but with Orkin treatment, we rarely have any issues. Also, if at anytime I've needed them to come out bc of an issue, they usually can come either that day or the next. For the first time, we are having an issue with ants. I contacted Orkin and Keith was here in 2 hours to do treatment in the house. Darryl was our Orkin man for the first several years, but he had to retire. Since, we have had Keith almost all the time and Michael several times also. They both do a great job and I couldn't be more satisfied. Also, customer service has always been great. Definitely worth the investment.

James, our technician, was extraordinary. He was punctual and very knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions (and boy, we had a LOT) with ease and was very friendly with our pets! I’m very glad to have chosen Orkin for our pest control needs. From their wonderful customer service, to their excellent work in our home; they have been a blessing!

First experience was amazing but I was assured that if the treatment didn’t take care of the flea concern, they would retreat for free within 30 days. The retreating process was disappointing. Had to wait 5 days before tech was available. Tech was to arrive between 10am-12pm. At 1pm, I called the local office and got no answer. Left call back info but never called me. Tech finally showed around 3pm. Orkin then text an apology saying tech needed to reschedule. Never received confirmation tech completed service. Communication and service suffered when it was free for customer.

We are extremely thankful for our Terminex consultant Joe Smith. He informed us of a gas leak happening on the side of our home and it prevented a major emergency from occurring. His attention to detail helped save our home and we are truly appreciate. We have almost 8inches of snow on the ground and he made sure to truly check our home despite it being extremely cold and hard to get to some areas. He is always professional, kind, and thorough when checking for issues and today made a huge impact in keeping us safe. Thank you.

The second tech was great, Dustin kares did a phenomenal job. He moved appliances and let me know further options to take to keep working with them that would best fit my needs. He was understanding of my concerns and reassured me that we could take care of this problem. He told me he understands I feel like it's bad here but I'm only on a moderate scale. Which gave me some peace of mind. I've never had an issue with this before so I thought I was over ran.

Jake with Terminix was professional, knowledgeable, and understanding. He went above and beyond for a simple inspection. His work attitude and overall knowledge is worth noting! Will use Terminix in the future for any issues relating to Pests!

It is great having the same tech (Joseph Smith)service our property. He is very friendly and courteous and knows our home and how to treat it. He always tells us to call him anytime if we have a problem. He is the reason I stay with Terminix.

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.
