Had extensive damage in our crawlspace from moisture and rodent problems. Got in contact with Orkin and set up an inspection to see what it was going to take to get it fixed. David came out and did a very thorough inspection and showed me pictures of the damage in the crawlspace and different options on repairing it. Once a plan was decided, the guys at Orkin came out and spent lots of time repairing everything and encapsulating our crawlspace. This project took almost a month due to all the damage that had been done but the guys at Orkin got it done. Our crawlspace is now clean and the problem before is no longer. David and his guys at Orkin are very professional and get the job done right. Plan on continuing business with Orkin for all of our pest control needs!

For some reason had to do hard credit check to do payments to company. Still a good company despite that. Not a fan of pretty much taking out a loan for service.

Truly Nolan solved my rat frustrations. We paid another company to do an exclusion which was wasted money. Poor experience. Alan with TN came out and explained the process which sounded much more professional and effective than the prior company. They did what was outlined and we are very happy with the outcome.

I was in dire need of termite treatment and Truly Nolen came to the rescue! They were able to squeeze us in for an appointment the very next day, and showed up right on time. The technician was knowledgeable and thorough in their treatment. The only downside was that the Quality Manager had a bit of an odor, but a quick spray of Lysol took care of that. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the prompt and professional service provided by Truly Nolen and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of termite treatment.

I spoke to Jason about starting service. Jason was very professional and through about his description of what would be preformed. Jason answered any of my wife’s or my questions. The technician James Ingram has been providing tremendous jobs. He is the reason why we stay with Terminix. When we request the service, he always lets us know when he is on the way and asks for our concerns. He finds the root cause of the issue and solves it out! I love the way he takes care of our issues like his own. He is responsible, professional, and very kind. We know and feel that he really cares. The other representatives when we call for a service are very nice too! All of them are very professional and friendly every time we call. I highly recommend Terminix!

Ledarius Johnson is always very professional but also approachable. It is easy to relay my pest control concerns to him without ever feeling judged. He is always very knowledgeable and helpful with ways to help reduce pests in my home. Also anytime I have to call and speak with someone on the phone I have always gotten a very friendly person. Not one single bad experience with Terminix yet after being a customer for 17 months.

Terminix's inspections are timely scheduled. Thus far, the representatives dispatched have been professional, respectful, and efficient in assuring that there are no signs of termites in or around our home. Afterwards, a detailed report of the job performed is electronically forwarded for our records.
