I am so pleased with every interaction I have had with an Orkin employee. From the first call (to what I believe was a call center) to the inspection, to the treatment, everyone has been very knowledgeable about their role in this operation. The inspector, Nathan left no stone unturned when he came out to evaluate the extent of our mouse issue. He answered every question and demonstrated his experience with and frankly, his passion for his job. And the technician for our area, Tony is delightful as he is efficient. His understanding of how pests operate inspires confidence. He really put me at ease and I feel like he covered all of the bases when it came to actually treating the problem. Excellent service. Called about my issue and they were here and addressed it the next day. Amanda gave great customer service, she was friendly and willing to work with me even though I called later in the day. The person I needed was not in the office and instead of having me wait until he returned, James (the manager I believe) came out to address my problem. He was very professional and friendly.

Wonderful timely experience and communication with the gentleman who initially came to provide an assessment and recommendation. Very informative, educated and timely. He laid out a quote and plan and it was reasonable. He provided a timeline for the treatment/repairs etc and it was all very appropriate and prompt After that things were less ideal, no one came to treat on the day they were supposed and those to do the structural work arrived early (not a problem). They worked briefly and said they would arrive the next day (Saturday- very impressed able to work on weekends) They did not arrive however, and I was unable to reach the main office to talk to someone. I attempted multiple times and left messages. Ultimately I texted the original consultant on his cell as I had to pick up my child and resume my responsibilities and couldn’t keep waiting. He graciously helped me on his day off and found out the team wouldn’t be coming again until Monday. The team did arrive on Monday, but they never provided the actual pesticide treatment I signed a contract for, and would not have completed all components of the more structural contract if we hadn’t closely monitored the situation Fortunately our initial point of contact was amazing, but communication overall was very poor and they actively tried to do less than we had agreed upon on the contract

Todd Hunter was a fantastic expert exterminator who explained in detail what he was going to do. Very professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, understanding, courteous and a good listener who answered all our questions. We are beyond satisfied!

Since your company has been treating our lawn for ticks we have not encountered a single tick on us or our pets. Additionally the mosquito population has been dramatically reduced. Your technician, Mike Earnest, has been exceptional with customer service and has taken the time to explain everything he is doing when he comes out. Although I’d hate to lose him as our technician people like Mike should be valued, lifted up and promoted.

Mike was my technician. He did an awesome job listening to my concerns, DIY corrective actions taken, evaluating, and mitigating the issue we had with multiple pests. I valued his honesty when he explained that I had done quite a bit to manage the situation, and service may have been unnecessary as a result. For my peace of mind, I decided to proceed with and schedule curative action. In the interim, he treated the exterior as a preventative action. I purchased the monthly service, which I don't regret as I was pleased with his professionalism, courtesy, and the service provided.

Contacted Terminix to set up pest control after seeing ants inside a recently purchased home. Michael Earnest came out promptly and set my home up with a treatment plan that was pet safe. He mentioned crawlspace encapsulation and within a few hours Larry Byrd stopped out and gave me a estimate and put me onto the termite preventative treatment. Both gentlemen were extremely professional and positive. Thank you to both of you.

From the initial quote, to scheduling, to the technician - it was a great experience. The technician, Jerod was thorough, helpful and diligent in his inspection and treatment. He took care around my dog's items and just couldn't have been nicer.

I forgot her name but she was very helpful. We have an attached gazebo that was hit by a tree during Sandy. It pulled away from the house and prior to having the repair done we noticed some insects and were concerned that termites had gotten in there. She came out, confirmed it wasn't termites and was on her way. I don't think she even charged us. You can't ask for better service. We will use them for any future needs.

I purchased a vacation home in Long Neck, DE a few days earlier, and had just moved in when I observed swarming insects in 3 locations. My concern was that they might be termites, but the representative identified them as flying ants. She provided options to correct the problem and would not charge for the inspection. The representative, Stacy Arnold, was prompt, thorough, very professional and very knowledgeable. I also appreciate that Ehrlich responded so quickly to check the problem as my time was very limited. I would absolutely use them again.

Tech showed up on time and interviewed me to determine major concerns. Tech then did a complete inspection of home and surroundings and discovered major pockets of "common house ants. He used traps, bait and spray to interrupt the colonies. He completely circled the outside of my home with spray and dust. The results were seen the next day when about 80% of the ants were gone from the house. The reminder of the ants have disappeared during the next 5 days. The tech made a followup visit on 7/1 to have me repor on his progress on satisfying my request to eliminated the ants from my home. I reported only a few sightings and he reinspected those areas of concern and placed traps, spray and powder to rectify the few concerns I had My tech was very customer friendly and showed real concern for my satisfaction. The cost appeared in line with others that I seen. I did not accept the yearly contract wanting to see how long my problem stays away by using just 1 visit.
