I am so pleased with every interaction I have had with an Orkin employee. From the first call (to what I believe was a call center) to the inspection, to the treatment, everyone has been very knowledgeable about their role in this operation. The inspector, Nathan left no stone unturned when he came out to evaluate the extent of our mouse issue. He answered every question and demonstrated his experience with and frankly, his passion for his job. And the technician for our area, Tony is delightful as he is efficient. His understanding of how pests operate inspires confidence. He really put me at ease and I feel like he covered all of the bases when it came to actually treating the problem. The tech ( Micheal Earnest) arrived well in time of the scheduled visit. He got here within 10 minutes of the quoted start time. He was pleasant in his manner and very through in explaining what he was doing. Also I liked the fact, he messaged the day before to remind you of the appointment.

John Travis is exceptional!! John values his relationship with his customers, which is an attribute and value that we need more of these days. He happily took the time to show me each trap and explained why one trap needs replacement, as opposed to another. I was stunned when he uncovered traps that I didn’t realize were there. Much to my dismay, in the previous 2 years the technicians didn’t take the extra time to reason through the logistics of trap locations. John did. I am grateful for John’s excellent service, his knowledge, communication skills, and dedication to his customers, and I shall request that only John services my properties from now on.

Since your company has been treating our lawn for ticks we have not encountered a single tick on us or our pets. Additionally the mosquito population has been dramatically reduced. Your technician, Mike Earnest, has been exceptional with customer service and has taken the time to explain everything he is doing when he comes out. Although I’d hate to lose him as our technician people like Mike should be valued, lifted up and promoted.

I forgot her name but she was very helpful. We have an attached gazebo that was hit by a tree during Sandy. It pulled away from the house and prior to having the repair done we noticed some insects and were concerned that termites had gotten in there. She came out, confirmed it wasn't termites and was on her way. I don't think she even charged us. You can't ask for better service. We will use them for any future needs.

I purchased a vacation home in Long Neck, DE a few days earlier, and had just moved in when I observed swarming insects in 3 locations. My concern was that they might be termites, but the representative identified them as flying ants. She provided options to correct the problem and would not charge for the inspection. The representative, Stacy Arnold, was prompt, thorough, very professional and very knowledgeable. I also appreciate that Ehrlich responded so quickly to check the problem as my time was very limited. I would absolutely use them again.

Tech showed up on time and interviewed me to determine major concerns. Tech then did a complete inspection of home and surroundings and discovered major pockets of "common house ants. He used traps, bait and spray to interrupt the colonies. He completely circled the outside of my home with spray and dust. The results were seen the next day when about 80% of the ants were gone from the house. The reminder of the ants have disappeared during the next 5 days. The tech made a followup visit on 7/1 to have me repor on his progress on satisfying my request to eliminated the ants from my home. I reported only a few sightings and he reinspected those areas of concern and placed traps, spray and powder to rectify the few concerns I had My tech was very customer friendly and showed real concern for my satisfaction. The cost appeared in line with others that I seen. I did not accept the yearly contract wanting to see how long my problem stays away by using just 1 visit.
