We had a pest issue in our condo over the summer and went through hell and back before Orkin came to our literal rescue. Technicians Sergio and Peter were responsive and extremely patient with me as I asked a million questions. Their directions and recommendations were extremely clear and easy to follow. The final results restored our sense of peace and tranquility within our home and for that I’ll be forever grateful.

I started with another company and switched to Orkin and have had a very positive experience. Peter Lule, my regular Orkin Specialist, is fantastic. He says hello every time he visits for services and asks if there is anything specific to address that month.

I had the best experience ever with Orkin. My mom referred me to her tech Javier Romero, who I was fortunate enough to meet while he was servicing her home. He was so prompt and polite and had my property inspection and first service done within days of my reaching out to him. He is so professional and clearly is highly educated about mosquitos and pest control. He will keep my business for as long as he continues working with Orkin.

Jose is amazing! We’ve been dealing with a massive ant infestation that was so bad I almost moved out of the house for a few days. Jose explained everything he was doing, what we were likely to see next, and all the steps he would take to make sure they never came back to our home again.

Having Terminix come out to our office building helps tremendously. I love that it's always the same technician. JJ is awesome. He always calls ahead to ensure it's a good time for me. And whenever I have concerns (ants in early summer), he listens and tries to give a solution. He's even gone out of his way to help when I called him for advise about ant taking over my kitchen at home. I can't imagine going with any other pest control company!

As usual, Hernan the technician arrived on time, was very personable and listened to all our concerns. He then addressed them, both inside and around our house. After he finished, the tech again came to our front door and enumerated each of the things he had done to address all our concerns.

Terminix has provided great service at our home for many years. Appreciate the great communication about each service. The technician always listens to concerns we have and takes care of any problems. Highly recommend.

Arturo is the technician that treats my house. He is very nice and responsive. Whenever I reach out regarding an issue, he will respond right away and manage to come help me as soon as he can. I really appreciate his help! Thanks Arturo!

Jaime was wonderful! He let me know when he arrived at my home and when he was done with the service, he called me to tell what he had done and his recommendations. He was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable!

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.

This is my second home using Western Exterminator. I've been a customer for over 20 years. My service is every other month on the exterior - front and back yard. I have had the interior done maybe 3 times! Occasionally I've had a little ant problem in the backyard but it's always due to the weather. They have always taken care of any issues, even if it's between my normal service! They've come out at no extra charge. Very reliable company, very good employees!

The same exterminator came by that I have worked with in the past. He was very nice. He checked an additional area in the house to make sore out wasn't new damage, it wasn't. He was very professional and pleasant.

We had a personable efficient tech today. But the previous 3 appts were cancelled causing us to question continuing with this company. We’ll see what happens with the next appt.
