Truly Nolan solved my rat frustrations. We paid another company to do an exclusion which was wasted money. Poor experience. Alan with TN came out and explained the process which sounded much more professional and effective than the prior company. They did what was outlined and we are very happy with the outcome.

I was in dire need of termite treatment and Truly Nolen came to the rescue! They were able to squeeze us in for an appointment the very next day, and showed up right on time. The technician was knowledgeable and thorough in their treatment. The only downside was that the Quality Manager had a bit of an odor, but a quick spray of Lysol took care of that. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the prompt and professional service provided by Truly Nolen and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of termite treatment.

Michael J.via Google

I spoke to Jason about starting service. Jason was very professional and through about his description of what would be preformed. Jason answered any of my wife’s or my questions. We felt very comfortable about starting service and indeed did. We are so glad we did. Jason came back on the day in which he said he would return. Everything was executed to a T. We are so glad Jason took the time to educate us on Truly service. Thank you for a great job!! Best Regards, Mike

They came quickly to assess the problem and did an initial treatment for gophers and rodents. The follow up has not happened. My neighbors have terminated services and are looking for another company for ongoing services. I’m confused about the monthly services that I paid for

Julene R. via google

So far so good. They were super prompt and communication was awesome. They said the rodents are gone so if that's the case, this will remain a 5 star review.

Matt W. via google

Quick response. They presented a plan for control and speaker units to be placed on our building roofs to use sound as a way to eradicate pigeons. I presented to the BOD this option, and they were concerned with the cost and long-term effectiveness. They have chosen to try a different path, one of removing nesting areas, first.

David D. via google

The folks we dealt with were nice enough and got the job done well. We would never have used the service if we could have done it ourselves as it was extremely expensive. They tried to upsell with the offer of a yearlong contract for pest control at $100/mo which we declined. The almost $2K bill seems very excessive considering the amount of time their employee was here (6 hours total). In hindsight I wish I had negotiated a more reasonable cost or gotten additional bids. If you have squirrels in your neighborhood, check your house/roof for possible access points and get them sealed up. We hadn’t had problems until we had our roof redone this past summer and I suspect they left a gap that allowed access to the critters.

Craig R. via google

They got the job done it was just very expensive.

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

Jordan has provided the most complete service since I’ve been a client. He even sprayed on my deck, which no one else has done. If these are new directions to the techs, hooray. If not, he did the best service. Thanks for putting him on my route.

Sue B.via Google

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Rick T.via Google

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.

Steven W.via Google

Montana was pleasant and most helpful in taking care of the service requested. We are happy and pleased with great service and the professional assistance given. SHB

Understanding Pest Control Costs and Services in Midvale, Utah

Homeowners in Midvale, Utah, seeking to maintain a pest-free environment often turn to professional pest control services. Pricing for these services is not a one-size-fits-all but varies based on factors such as home size, infestation severity, and treatment methods. Generally, residents can anticipate an initial fee that may range from $175 to $350, with monthly plans typically costing between $40 and $100. This investment not only aims at immediate relief from pests but also works toward long-term prevention and control. By comprehending the various elements that contribute to pest control costs, homeowners can make informed decisions to protect both their property and their peace of mind.

Comprehensive Pest Control Pricing

In Midvale, Utah, the cost of pest control services can be affected by various elements, including the scope of the infestation, the size of the area needing treatment, and the particular pests involved. Initial fees are common and can be between $175 to $350, which usually includes assessment and the first round of treatment. For ongoing protection, homeowners might be looking at monthly expenses that can range from $40 to $100, depending on the complexity of the services required. These fees contribute to a long-term strategy aimed at disrupting the life cycle of pests and keeping them at bay.

Service Spectrum: One-Time vs. Recurring

Decision-making between one-time and recurring pest control services hinges upon individual circumstances. A single treatment might suffice for minor issues; however, recurring services offer continued protection against the persistent nature of pests. While one-time treatments lack a guarantee of long-term efficacy, they may appeal to those facing a specific, isolated problem. Recurring services, in contrast, involve periodic treatments and often come with guarantees of prolonged pest management.

Pest Coverage: What's Included?

Understanding Your Pest Control Plan

The pests included in your service plan can significantly influence your choice of pest control provider. Typically, common pests such as ants, spiders, mice, and cockroaches are covered under standard plans. However, it's important to note that certain pests, like termites, bed bugs, and wildlife, may require specialized treatment plans. It's essential to review the specifics of your coverage to recognize any exclusions and ensure that your particular pest problem will be addressed.

Anticipated Treatment Process

Your Appointment Day Breakdown

During a pest control treatment, professionals will thoroughly inspect your home, identifying problem areas and potential entry points for pests. They will then apply appropriate treatments, which could range from chemical applications to baiting and sealing entry points. The goal is to address both active infestations and to put preventive measures in place to deter future problems. Homeowners should expect this process to be methodical, with safety for both residents and pets being a top concern.

Contractual Agreements and Flexibility

Committing with Confidence

Most pest control companies offer service contracts, requiring a commitment over a certain period, typically a year. These contracts spell out the details of the services provided and often include clauses allowing for the cancellation of services, sometimes accompanied by a cancellation fee. It's critical for homeowners to understand the terms and duration of any contract before signing to ensure it aligns with their needs and expectations.

Securing Your Investment: Guarantees

Peace of Mind Policies

Many pest control providers offer guarantees, ensuring satisfaction with their services. These guarantees often include free re-treatments between scheduled visits if pests re-emerge, emphasizing the company's commitment to keeping your home pest-free. It's advisable for homeowners to inquire about such guarantees as they provide a safety net and reinforce the value of the services procured.

Value-Added Services: Bundling and Extras

Maximizing Benefits

Bundling pest control services can lead to savings and enhanced protection. Many companies offer discounts when combining treatments for different pests or adding preventative services like mosquito control. Additionally, some plans may provide free initial termite inspections or other add-ons that enhance the overall value of the pest management program.

Specialty Pest Solutions

Addressing the Uncommon Invaders

For pests that are not typically covered by standard plans, specialized treatments are available. Homeowners dealing with termites, bed bugs, rodents inside the home, or wildlife encounters will need to consider additional, targeted services. While these may come at an extra cost, they are designed to address more challenging and potentially damaging pests effectively.

Prices may vary, but to give you a ballpark, you're looking at about $175-$350 for an initial pest control and inspection service, with most folks paying around $225. After the first visit, the plan usually includes recurring monthly treatments ranging from $45-$100, with most quotes sitting pretty at $55. Keep in mind, this plan includes a minimum of seven visits a year, because consistency is key in keeping pests at bay.

If bed bugs are the issue, Orkin's inspection will run you approximately $116, and this fee goes towards treatment costs if you choose to proceed with them. For termites, breathe easy with a free inspection, and then they'll hash out a treatment plan based on what they find. One-time services could set you back anywhere from $250 to $1000, but remember, there's a 30-day warranty attached. For those pesky mosquitoes, you might get an initial service for a promotional discount, or up to $75, with monthly costs afterward ranging from $25-$75—many quotes average around $50 a month.
