My field guy, Zacharie, was very professional, and was personable as well. He took time to explain what he was doing, shared expert knowledge, and we had a good conversation about things we were interested in. 10/10 will be staying with Orkin.

Orkin has been an extremely helpful service, especially when living in the country. Jason is our tech and he is always very kind, professional and willing to explain things and answer questions. I'm really happy with the results, the pricing is fair (I do year round), definitely recommend!

Chuck is a wizard. We recently moved into a house that had not been lived in and had a significant bug problem we were not told about. Within a week it was significantly improved. And within a month it was pest free. He’s responsive and his expertise is very apparent. I’d say he comes whenever we see a bug but we don’t really have to call because he gets it right the first time. Highly recommend

Dave came today to do the initial treatment for my property. He was kind, pleasant, thorough, and explained how future treatments would unfold. I very much appreciated his professional delivery which included a recap of what he completed, once he finished the task. Dave assured me that if anything of concern came up, I could call him directly. I look forward to a great working relationship with Truly Nolan. Thanks!

Excellent, excellent technician, Dave. I moved the stove so I could clean back there before he placed the powder for the ants. Truly, Nolan does not disappoint. Thank you so much.😃

I can't say enough good things about Truly Nolen Rio Rancho. I called them for a termite inspection and they were prompt, super friendly and extremely honest! Lance and Bob came out and inspected our entire property and while there were no active signs of termites, they gave us several options for prevention. Not being sure of what option I should choose, Lance spend the next 2 weeks entertaining my questions and during that time was never pushy. Once I decided the option that met my needs best, they scheduled the treatment around my schedule. On the day of the treatment, a crew showed up and did an OUTSTANDING job! Richard, Bob, Isa, Fred, and Darrell took great care of moving my landscaping, applying the treatment, and put my landscaping back exactly as they found it. I was and continue to be super impressed. I'm sure I missed someone's name that helped us with this big job but bottom line is they were all professional, friendly, and truly understood their craft. They will be the only ones we use going forward. Outstanding crew!
