I’ve had multiple techs come out to spray over the last year and they have been hit or miss. This last tech was awesome. I don’t recall his name but figure it out and give him a raise. Great guy!

We had an out of the ordinary ASAP situation and they came out as scheduled, with communication, education and reasonable pricing. From the office staff to the gentleman that assisted - we are very satisfied and are now scheduling regular service from could have been a one time service need. Thank you SO much. Jason is wonderful! He has fixed the moth problem I had upstairs and the ants downstairs have been managed down to just a few a year in the kitchen. What s difference! I am so happy with my service and appreciate the texts I get telling me when they are coming. I highly recommend Orkin!

It's early still to tell if the service worked or not. However, the service technician was very helpful giving us answers to our questions. Called us when the service was completed and how long we should not enter the home with our pets. I will be giving a second review for the service itself in a week or so... .

I have had nothing but good experiences with Chuck Moroney, my Terminix Server! He is always pleasant, helpful and does more than expected. I’d definitely refer him to others!

I have been a customer with Terminix for years. Jonathan goes above and beyond in explaining what products he is using and why. Because I have 2 dogs, he is also considerate as to their whereabouts and that the gate is properly latched when he leaves. Who knew that a relationship with the 'bug guy' could be such a pleasant experience. Thank you Terminix and Jonathan.

I like how Chick communicated a couple of days in advance to remind me of the appointment and then again when he was on his way. When he arrived, he let me know and asked if there were any new problem bugs to treat. He respects that I prefer outdoor treatment only and that works well for my home. .

The NM Terminex branch is apparently merging with a couple of other local companies, so getting my quarterly service automatically scheduled fell through the cracks. But when I contacted the company they scheduled someone to come out the following week. My technician was excellent: extremely professional, on time, and knowledgeable. If I could rate him separately, I’d give him 5 stars. The fact that I had to remind the company to fulfill our service contract is what drive down my rating. Unfortunately I had a very similar experience in my last home in GA. Not sure what’s going on in the scheduling department, but once you can consistently get on the service route, everything is great.

Chuck has been doing regular service for the family for years, always helpful thorough and intentional in his work. We appreciate all he has done to help us with pest and insect control and is always responsive when there's emergencies. We've had multiple properties under care and service from Chuck at Terminix and wouldn't have it any other way!

Dave does a great job treating my home. He is efficient and pleasant to work with. Does a great, thorough job and would recommend Truly Nolan to anyone looking for a pest control company.

Dave came to do our quarterly deterrent visit and was a joy to interact with. He explained the visit and what he would need from me at the conclusion of his visit, which was super helpful! We have enjoyed all staff that truly Nolan has sent to our home over the past year, and Dave was no exception.

I had a scheduled service today with Lance. Lance was very patient and understanding, in that he waited for me to travel from work to let him in my house and side gate. He also made sure I wasn’t rushed. He was helpful in answering all of my questions. He was thorough in his investigation of the concerns and he treated the problems with expertise and care.

Truly Nolen and Lance have been great! Always extremely professional and attentive. They do an extensive inspection and address all problem areas. Our issues have been fixed within a couple of weeks. Definitely recommend for fast reliable service.

Dave from from Truly Nolen was truly helpful. He was respectful, understood, and addressed the issues we were currently facing. He spoke with me as a fellow homeowner and as a pet owner. Looking forward to working with Dave in the future. Overall, the company has helped us over the past several years address termite issues that we discovered after the previous homeowner covered it up. They have come when we called for help with invaders of the insect kind. Greatly appreciated their work culture and values, it shows in how their employees interact with customers.

I had a german cockroach incident. But critter control took care of it. They have a great product.

It took a few tries within a period of 3 weeks but they did the job. I had a mom with babies taking up residence for way too long!!
