I have been paying for service that they don't really do anything in the winter. They come every other month, but they have not been to my place in over 2 months. Love Terminix services. They are thorough, sends me reminders prior to service date and also a summary with pictures of the work that was completed. I was recently surprised with some minor fixes I would have never known should have been done to keep the critters out.

We had a good experience with Trutech. Our consultant, Russell, was friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly removed squirrels from our wall and was able to fix the entry locations in tough weather conditions. He followed up with us frequently to ensure the problem was solved. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the service was pretty expensive.

I called in a panic - Austin the representative called back right away and showed up on time. Very professional explaining the process and the problems that I have. Examined the outside of the house and inside - he took pictures. Austin seems to take pride in his work and had knowledge of wildlife prevention. Friendly and took off his shoes without being asked.

I had bats in my attic, Trutech, came out explained there process, went to work. They did exactly what they said they would do to get rid of the Bats. I not only would recommend them, but if I have a problem of this nature again, they will be the first I call.
