Absolutely AMAZING experience with not even the company but the individual that came to my home. Chandler was fantastic. I was already just embarrassed at the fact he had to come in the first place. However he was very informative of the company and product. Never once did I feel judged. He was very kind and patient as I was also working. So between me doing my job he paitently waiting and interacted with my fur babies. Before he left my home he made sure that I was aware of all the benefits that came with using orkin and that i had knowledge of the products used. Child safe pet safe. As well as making sure all of my questions were answered! There was no bad odor from the treatment. I truly felt like me as the customer, I came absolutely first in every aspect of the visit. I will definitely continue to use the company. We hope to make Chandler our Orkin guy ?
Jada M. via googleMy husband had orkin come out to help with a bat issue we have in a new home we purchased. I appreciated the way Kaelan (hopefully I didn’t butcher his name) explained (in detail) everything that they were going to work on for the day. Sure, this is expected of them. But, some of the techs will come out, be quick, then leave. Not even asking if we had any questions. This young man was very polite and made sure we did not have any questions or concerns when they were wrapping up. They seemed to care about their jobs and made the bat catchers look good. We didn’t want an eye sore on our roof! Thank you to kaelan importantly, & his partner. Glad to do business with this location.
René B. via googleThe tech was amazing, she was very friendly and professional. She educated me and made me feel a lot better about the situation. Hoping to see results, from the sounds of it, we are on the right track.
Danielle B. via googleKevin made our first Orkin experience great! He was on time, professional, and answered all the questions I had. Highly recommend his service!
Alexis S. via googleTabetha did both visits. She was absolutely fantastic and great at her job! I have already seen a difference in the pests. I highly recommend asking for her if it's possible.

Humane wildlife removal
Offers air purification services
Staff biologists with innovative solutions
Very prompt and professional.
Maureen G. via googleCleaned, sanitized and bombed crawl space and basement. Fixed hole where squirrels were coming and going
Vickie S. via googleService was prompt with good communication of (squirrel) trapping results. My only wish for more humane treatment would be to have trapped animals removed, reportedly for relocation, during the day after entrappment, so they didn't need to spend the (cold) night in the trap. However they apparently survived that trauma.

Todd came and took care of the holes in the foundation and set some traps on all 3 levels. He came back laterr and gave us more traps to use. Very nice.
Karen R. via googleTheir rodent service helped a ton with the mice. There could be better alignment between the salesman and the guy who came around to fill cracks. Salesman spent the whole time in the attics showing me things that would be filled that never got touched. They did come back out and lay some more traps. They also call you and ask you to fill out a survey when you’re on the phone, I’d recommend that they wait a few more days before asking. If I’m still dealing with an infestation, its probably going to affect their rating. A week after the initial work, I’m satisfied with the service. I’d say the mice are about all gone.
Stephen S. via googleThe team that takes care of my store does a very good job. They do fast friendly service which is why I give a 5 star rating.
Jason T. via googlethe guys was great and do a very good job have no issues answering my question
Iris M. via googleThe customer service department was not very helpful, and no one would call me to let me know when they could get someone out to treat. The guys who came out to treat them did an excellent job and were very helpful. I waited almost 2 weeks after the initial call to them to get someone out to treat them and 1 week after the first guy came out to inspect!!! I feel they could have at least told me it was going to take that long to get someone to treat.

Common Pests in Iowa
Residents of Iowa may encounter a range of pests that can disrupt their homes and surroundings. One common pest issue in the state is ants, which can infest kitchens, pantries, and other areas in search of food. These tiny insects can be difficult to eliminate completely, as they often have multiple entry points and can create extensive colonies. Residents may also face problems with rodents such as mice and rats, particularly during colder months when these pests seek shelter indoors. Rodents can cause damage to property and pose health risks through their droppings and urine.
Another pest that residents of Iowa often encounter is the spider. While most spiders are harmless, some species like the brown recluse or black widow can be venomous and pose a danger to humans and pets. It is important to identify and address any spider infestations promptly to ensure the safety of the household. Additionally, mosquitoes can be a nuisance during the warmer months, interrupting outdoor activities and potentially spreading diseases like West Nile virus.
To effectively deal with these common pest issues, residents in Iowa may consider seeking professional pest control services. Experienced pest control experts can identify the source of the infestation, implement tailored treatment plans, and provide ongoing prevention strategies to keep pests at bay.
