Had extensive damage in our crawlspace from moisture and rodent problems. Got in contact with Orkin and set up an inspection to see what it was going to take to get it fixed. David came out and did a very thorough inspection and showed me pictures of the damage in the crawlspace and different options on repairing it. Once a plan was decided, the guys at Orkin came out and spent lots of time repairing everything and encapsulating our crawlspace. This project took almost a month due to all the damage that had been done but the guys at Orkin got it done. Our crawlspace is now clean and the problem before is no longer. David and his guys at Orkin are very professional and get the job done right. Plan on continuing business with Orkin for all of our pest control needs!

I called Critter Control Tuesday October 9th right before we knew exactly where the hurricane was going to hit. The technician called me back(in 15 minutes) asked if Thursday was ok they were getting ready for the storm. He showed up early,he called first. He went right to work inspecting all the places "critters" could get in. He didn't mind me walking around with him asking dumb questions & he gave me several options I go with. I am planning on calling back, hiring him & will most likely post a glowing review. Stay tuned... DiGi

Tonya Wilson is top notch! She’s knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. She sets the standard of what I would expect from a pest control company and should be the highest paid tech at Terminix. If she’s not, shame on you Terminix. We have had other Terminix techs that literally did as little as possible. Tonya’s work ethic is doing as much as possible. I hope Terminix values this employee as before she started, we considered cancelling and going with another pest control company.

I have used Terminix for over 17 years. Always call to schedule when services are due. Easy to reschedule "life happens" and I have had to do several times. Attendants who service the property and home are always professional, kind, easy to talk with, and quickly let you know any findings during inspections. I would never consider changing. A home is the biggest investment of your life and Terminix protects this investment. I wouldn't do without it, especially in the South.

My husband and I were very pleased with the detailed work done by Klint. He is the manager over this area and even though there was an original problem getting rodent issues cared for, he analyzed all corners of our home. There was a previous visit that needed further investigations. He gave us that additional advice on how to eliminate our issue going forward and opened the door to real customer service and management relationship. He listened and was compassionate toward my real concerns. Thank you so much.

I've had issues with a tech scheduling a termite bond visit and not showing up twice over the last year which is unacceptable. However, tech Wilbur Jackson stepped in earlier this week and went out of his way to service my bait traps. I'm not even on his route and he still got me taken care of. He replaced ALL of my bait stations when they hadn't been changed in years. He showed me the way the job was suppose to be done and what Grade A service is all about.
