Shea Sundali is a graduate from the University of Colorado Boulder with a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience and Psychology. She is a writer, editor, and social media content creator with an interest in researching the intricacies of everyday life and generating information for how to manage our health and safety. Her goal is to make people feel empowered to be proactive in their daily lives and have the knowledge to tackle any issue they face.

Outside of writing, she is passionate about education and exercise and spends her free time hiking, doing yoga, and listening to podcasts. Her goals are to stimulate curiosity in herself and her community by exploring topics within science and the humanities.
