The first technician that was supposed to come never showed up and the company never told us that the technician canceled the appointment. The following week we were able to reach the customer service line, we were able to speak to Gabby who got us back on track and cleared up the situation and told us there will be a technician the following day to do a treatment. On Wednesday the 16th the technician Malik come through and spread the inside where he was notified to do a target spray but when I approached him he told me that what he was supposed to do, but when I told him I spoke with Gabby and told him “I was supposed to have a full treatment around the whole perimeter of the home” said the receptionist. Overall Malik was able to work with us and go above and beyond and completed the job that was required for the full treatment. In the future we will be continuing our services through our technician Malik. He did an outstanding job and presented his company well with his work. Recommend Malik at Fox pest control
